We got three pepperoni thin crust pizzas. Got them in the past and they were wonderful. This time they were very bad. They were barely cut and the sauce and cheese didn't even go to the edge. So we had a lot of crusty edges. Don't know if I would go back. Very disappointed ?

Very disappointed when calling about an incorrect order! They treated me poorly and were rude! It was not only the employee but also the manager! People skills are definitely lacking! I've been a repeat customer since they opened and felt they could care less about my concern! No apology and nothing was done to correct the problem!!!

For the price you pay for a hot n ready pizza I would say it is an amazing deal! The pizza is nothing amazing but for how cheap it is and how much you get it’s well worth it. Not to mention the service whenever I have been here has also been very good and fast. Not once have I ever ordered ahead and I’m still normally in and out within 5-10 mins!

Went there to buy a sausage pizza. The cashier told me one was in the oven and almost done. So i paid and waited for the pizza. 30 minutes later i'm still sitting there waiting. I see new people come in and ask for a sausage pizza and they get one immediately, so i get up and ask for an update on my order. The cashier just pulls another sausage pizza out of the warmer and gives it too me. They weren't keeping track of orders placed at all. I could've sat there for hours staring at them and wouldn't of got the pizza i paid for until i asked the cashier for a pizza as if I just came into the store. The pizza itself was very disappointing. It had a few sausages at the very center of the pizza and that was it. It occurred to me this pizza cost $8, the same as a one topping pizza at dominos. Domino's has far better pizza and customer service, and is now no more expensive than little caesars. Little Caesars has the same low level of quality and service as they did when they were the cheapest around, but now that they are as expensive as better pizza companies, there is no reason to go here.

Put online order in at 530pm,for 645pm pick up.Drove all the way from Fountain City to East end Winona,only to see a sign on door they closed,ran out of cheese! Yet,still continues to take online orders!!Called mgr.today & they offered me free crazy bread next time! That doesn't make up for my time & gas to get there & NOT even get supper!

Very disrespectful customer service I went in to get my pizza the young lady at the front desk immediately left the front and went to the back and pretended to be busy folding pizza boxes before I walked in the door she was conversating with a older woman this same customer had to call the young lady by name to come back to the front but instead of the you g lady coming back to the front she called another employee who was actually busy to give me my order I am a black woman I believe they are prejudice against black people in this establishment as my husband has experienced similar conduct. My reason for this belief is because my aunt who is caucasian has never had a problem when she walks in the store it makes you ?

Ordered food at 8pm. They still had an hour to deliver until they closed. Waited over an hour, then saw the driver went back to the store and our order was canceled. Could've called/texted earlier to let me know you couldn't make the delivery.
