Just about every time you go to the McDonald's on West service drive they forget something told my wife to check it before we left and sure enough we didn't have any of our chicken nuggets even though the guy that brought it out to our car read it back to us we checked it after he left and no chicken nuggets back in the store I went the store is very cold and uninviting with the order app up front no customer service and the food is good chicken nuggets are good but the Big Mac is very very dry so that's why I gave the rating I did

Whenever I've gotten food through the drive thru or delivered from this location, the bag has a strong scent of cigarettes. The food usually tastes good, but sometimes that scent penetrates the flavor of the nuggets.

With as much work as this location is trying to push on to the customer "as a convenience", there should be discounted prices.It is standard McDonald's foodI get a breakfast sandwich a couple times a year as that is the only thing I can stomach.

Winona, Minnesota was one of the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been in. The staff was very friendly and they never got anything confused. Very good place to eat!

I have never been disappointed at this McDonald's. It's always quick, good service and the employees are just so kind and nice. There's also a game area for the kids to enjoy while you're eating your food.

Mcdonalds. What can you say. Its quick and cheap for the most part. The app comes in handy when you have points saved up and are broke and hungry. Use that free meal.
Apple pies weren't edible, they were hard and overbaked. Pickle only hamburger had the right slip on it, but was ketchup only. However, after sending a review to corporate, the local manager called me to find out the particulars so he could speak to the staff. He offered his apologies and explanation as to what may have happened. I don't often send a review to corporate, but I have had bad results at each McDonald's in town which I just shrugged off. This one just became the last one I accepted.
