Real bummer. I've been to Norvay a couple times and they used to have a bahn mi that I absolutely loved but it appears they have gotten rid of it. To my delight I saw they added Pad Thai, so I ordered that for pick-up instead. I couldn't have been more disappointed. The noodles were all clumped together, hard and chewy, as if they were rewarmed in a microwave. The shrimp was over cooked as well. The overall flavor was very disappointing. I liked this place as it was a nice change of pace for what Winona's typical offerings provide. Most of the good Chinese and Thai places that used to be in Winona have left or have gone down hill. Unfortunately this meal really was not great at all.

We made the best lunch decision as we were passing by Winona on our way to Chicago. Food and drinks were delicious and freshly made. I got the vegan pho, which was so comforting. My fiancée was blown away by the Chicken Yellow Curry. We also got the ube coconut latte and strawberry lassi, which were excellent.

First visit. It was very quiet inside. The pho was some of the best I've ever had and well worth my 30 minute drive. I'll be back again soon.

The owner was working the front. I ordered an ube latte for myself, and a strawberry coconut lassi for my 8 year old daughter. We waited for over a half hour for our drinks. My daughter kept asking why people who arrived after us were getting their food before us. When we finally received our drinks, there was no apology or acknowledgement of the ridiculous wait for two drinks. We just left. When we got to the car, I realized my drink didn't taste right- it was blue. Ube is purple. The next day I stopped in to address the issue of the wrong drink, and the unreasonable wait. I got the owner again. He said, "What do you want me to do about it?"I am disappointed how little regard the owner has for local returning clients. I have been there many times, but I will not again. I went there giving them a chance to right the wrong before writing this review.

Great food on my 2 visits- I will definitely be back!great service. Also, the bathrooms, oh my god- nicest I've ever seen in a restaurant. individual cloth towels! :)
Only thing I can think of with this restaurant and where the history is. Is this food made with dog or cat??? Which over there these are a special treat. This is what they are known to eat. I'll stick to American food. It don't bark or meow. Good luck
Always great food!
