I had never had an experience as the one I walked into this afternoon, Saturday, 10/7/23 at about 4:40 p.m. My sister and I went inside to order a pizza, there were 3 employees, not one spoke to us, acknowledged us in any way nor stopped what they were doing to assist us. We stood there 1-2 minutes before I proceeded towards the door. My sister was still politely waiting when I said loud enough for all to hear, 'they're not going to wait on us, we'll go elsewhere.' Still not one employee spoke, apologized or offered any service in any way. We did comment on this service, or lack thereof to persons outside the store and will probably continue to do so for quite sometime. DISAPPOINTING.

So my boys wanted some pizza on Friday and we went to papa’s and the guy was so polite and very friendly he greeted us with joy ? he made my day Cory is one of the best Managers i ever ran across at this location my pizza was amazing because it was made with joy papa’s should be glad to have himKid-friendliness: The boys was so excited Cory was very nice and pleasant

Always love there pizza just wish they had one on the west end of town. Love $10.00 Tuesday. Great customer service. Clean and neat inside and very customer friendly! Accept SNAP Benefits or EBT Benefits as well! They also have an amazing app that you can download on Google play store or Apple store and sign up for amazing deals and promotions as well as places ordering online mobile as well!Kid-friendliness: Kids love their pizza and cheese sticksParking: It's a strip mall with multiple business in the same location and for one business there is claimed parking.

Makes me laugh seeing all the people complaining in the reviews about having to go home and cook their pizza... it's called Papa Murphys TAKE N BAKE for a reason people! They got some of the best pizza around! Yes it may be pricey, but they accept EBT so that's a plus if you're tight on dough. The area coach for this store is also the best person ever.

Literally, the most incompetent people I have ever seen in my life. And it’s not just a one off situation, almost every single time I have to fight with employees to get my order correct. Most currently didn’t even get everything in my order and when I called back, they offer no refund and just “put you down for a free one next time ”. Waste of time and money.

So I ordered online, which I usually do, and they forgot to give my husband the 2 cinnamon wheels and the meatballs and marinara(which is not pizza). I tried calling to only get a message saying the answering machine is off. 3 times. Then, I tried the virtual assistant. They told me to go to the store. I'm about 40 min. away. So, I go to the store and wait 10 min to get what was missed. No sorry, no apologies. There were no other customers when I was there. Come home and start unwrapping the cinnamon wheel. There's hardly any toppings on it. See picture. I have 2 of them. I know everyone is trying to save money, but jeeze la wheeze.

Thursday 9/1/22 I tried call to order a pizza at 7:30, thinking a 1/2hr should be enough time for them to make it. 3 phone calls go unanswered, all the while I'm getting my things and heading there. The 4th call is answered by some guy, who asks to put me on hold for a min, 3-4min later I get hung up on. Another 2 calls go unanswered, the 3rd call is picked up by a female, who also asks to put me on hold, and after a couple minutes of waiting I get hung up on again! Im nearly to the place at this time & its 7:46 and when I show up there is only a girl inside finishing cleaning with the lights off & she wouldn't acknowledge that I'm at the window! Then, a car pulls in the parking area, im in my car by the drive thru area, and someone inside must've motioned for the car to go around to the back, so I reverse to where I can see the back of the store & here the guy comes out to hand his buddy 2 free pizzas! What a fine establishment, complete with a couple of employees that need to find different jobs since they clearly don't wanna do the job they have!

They stayed a few minutes late to make our order which was truly a blessing as we had a herd of very hungry kids who were all very excited about pizza night!... I hope they are recognized for their hard work, amazing attitudes and willingness to assist

I went there on April 2nd. Ordered a cowboy pizza. Wanted Canadian bacon instead of pepperoni and sausage. Well I only got the Canadian bacon around the edge of the pizza nothing else. The extra cheese was in the middle of the pizza. Plus no mixed onions on top. I was so disappointed. Then the salad I ordered was so bad too. 90 percent greens which was not even crispy and a tablespoon of cheese on top maybe 12 little prices of chicken. I can say that I probably won't go back there and just stick with jacks from the grocery store.... At least that will have the Canadian bacon thought the pizza.So that's all I have to say.

Very, very expensive. I bought one medium one topping with extra cheese and a large garlic chicken it was $31. I haven't spent that much on pizza in a long time and I still had to take it home and cook it myself. Last time I ordered from Domino's I got a medium specialty pizza 8 wings and a brownie for$25 with tip. It was hot and delivered to my door. Just think Papa Murphys has gotten to expensive.
