Awful. Second time I’ve ordered from them. I’ve NEVER given a place lower than 3 stars before but this place literally took the cake.The food had literally gone bad, completely rotten. I said I’d bring it back and ask them just to take a smell and see if they would serve it to their family.The offered me 20% off my next order?!?!I said “absolutely not! You served me rotten food I want a refund”I fought and dealt with them for over 30 minutes before the finally agreed to give me a 50% refund and I have to come in to get it!!!!Absolutely trash don’t order from this location. There is one in grimsby and one in Hamilton do not waste your time here!!!Edit to this post:Love how the manager/owner has not responded to ANY of the multiple 1 star reviews. Head office should probably take a look at this.

Came for lunch buffet at 12:15. There were no clean tables. There were no plates at the buffet. No salads made for buffet. Only 1/2 of a pizza on the buffet and cinnamon sticks were on the buffet. Pasta containers were empty. Very disorganized.
The lunch buffet is great! There is always something for everyone, with a good variety of toppings and crusts.

I've always had great service and deliveries. People are always polite and courteous. The very few times I've had issues or delayed service it has been remedied without any request to do so. They've typically been minor things like delayed delivery for less than 10 minutes due to traffic, trains, or dinner rush. Once a driver forgot my sodas, and they ran to KT to replace what was forgotten. They definitely didn't need to and I was greatly appreciative.

pizza hut in winona mn. ordered cheese breadsticks. the price increased, the breadsticks are smaller in size and there was no seasoning on the breadsticks when asked if there should be seasoning on the breadsticks, they took it back to the kitchen and just sprinkled a little on the top and that was that.
Worst staff ever...manager is rude to employees.always yelling and treating the staff like children.pizza was alright

Sign in front says buffet open, what they neglect to say is that it is not the same buffet they offered for years. No salad bar I was offered a very small salad when questioned staff about it. Pizza buffet consisted of half dozen dried out selections and bread sticks. Requested a refund as this was not what I was expecting from past experiences was told they don't give refunds. Upon my insisting a phone call was made to what I assume was management I received the refund mean while the dining area was totally empty and understandablely so.

Horrible delivery service. Cold when arrived. Driver was lost for 35 mins before calling. Manager at store was rude when I called to ask for delivery status and a refund for the cold food. Now I remember why I buy local and do not order from chain stores that have zero care about customer service! WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERR AGAIN!
