Love stopping here when I'm in Winona for work! Huge delicious portions like the chimichanga I had today. Lunch for now and dinner for later, the customer service is also outstanding!
I've been in Winona for over 13 years and this was the first time I've tried it. My daughter treated me. It was DELICIOUS!!!! Reminded me of Chicago, where I was born. Mad at myself for taking so long to try them.

I was ordering my food when a young white woman came up to me drunkenly and began calling me the “n”word. I am white. I know how dare I. Anyway. I told her to stop yelling hate words at me while I was stuck down by a white male and kicked on by 3 yes 3 black males while they screamed racism. Yes. Actually happened. Sounds made up I wish. Happened tonight. Never got my food I paid for.

Stopped at Rubio's truck. The owner is always super nice and friendly- tipped $5. Food was hot but not good. Same thing at restaurant location. That's a shame because we use to enjoy their food. On the drive back, we realized we were overcharged $4 for food. We will not be coming back.

We loved it. My 4 year old daughter and I ate dinner here. I had the Carne Asada combo it was great! I love authentic Mexican food. Rubio's is an awesome choice if you do too.Kid-friendliness: My 4 year old daughter loved her kids meal with taco and fries.

Minnesota style burritos and Mexican food. Family owned. By Minnesota style, I mean almost totally unseasoned. Ask for hot sauce and you'll be very happy.
