Needed a last minute catering for 20 people...nobody would do it, but Subway on Mankato did! Not only did they not hesitate to say yes...they did it in record time. I'm such a fan of my experiences with this store. The manager is amazing.

Took my dad here because he likes the sandwiches but sometimes he can be a handful. The girl that took our order took him in stride with a great smile and made us an excellent sub. Can't thank her enough.

The Subway staff greeted me when I went inside, and they were very friendly the entire visit. Our sandwiches were made very well, they were made just the way I requested. My complaint is that the bread was dry, as if it had been sitting out all day, but I didn't notice until we got home and started eating. The bread flaked and crumbled into pieces as we ate our sandwiches. The other ingredients were good. 5 stars for the staff, but -2 for the bread.
It's a typical Subway. However the service is a bit slower than most. You get the same result but it just takes 5 minutes longer mainly because there is only one person working, ever. The staff are very kind and friendly, just slow.

I had never seen a worker there that hasn't tooken there time when making a sub if you tell me they need a definite raise in terms of food the subs and melts are amazing the crispiness of there bacon and there American cheese just hits the spot so keep up the good work

I had to walk out due to the fact they were overwhelmed by a normal dinner rush. The wait for a sandwich was likely over 20 minutes. The employees seemed absolutely incompetent and took over 5 minutes to make a single sandwich. Place is understaffed and under trained.
