Great quality screens and sound. Well trained staff. Good food. You can run up a bill very fast but they aren't deceptive about pricing, just kind of pricey. Worth it for a good experience though.

I have always loved Alamo across multiple cities including here, but there has been a noticeable lapse in service here. I understand staffing levels and profit margin are tough, but the customer pays a premium for food and drinks here that is not accompanied by anywhere near a minimum level of service. We had to walk our order to the server after waiting for at least 20 minutes, then the order was not entered fully, then the missing item was entered incorrectly and only arrived as the final check arrived with barely any movie left.Because we love the movie experience, we will probably come back, but I think we’ll stop using the in-theater staff if they can’t provide reliable service. Management does not seem to respond to complaints either, which is unfortunate. I want this theater to thrive but cannot justify the cost.

It's great recline seats, no one can kick the back of chair, lose 1 star because the food is so expensive, I've never in my life spent more than $100+ at the movies for food including 2 tickes. Next time just tickes no food or drinks.
We watched Dune 2 here. The food was okay except they forgot our tartar sauce for our fish and chips and then didn’t come back at all to see if we needed anything else for a really long time even though we had our piece of paper up indicating we needed something. We had to eat our food without it because it was getting cold. Also, the light under our table was out, so it was hard for us to read the menu. Everything else was fine.

The server was very friendly but the food was delivered cold and tasted meh and there was a hidden added 18% service fee tacked on at the end that they were not upfront about and they want an additional tip on top of that. Every seat has a little light shining over the armrest which I understand is to be able to see the menus but I wish we could switch them off because it's so annoying having a light shining in my face the whole movie. Ended up shoving a napkin there to block the light. Other than that we enjoyed our movie but probably won't be back.

Worst movie experience the movie is so LOUD the seats are shaking not to mention the hidden up charge in price of the tickets from $3.50 extra the RUDE employees are next level I do not recommend this movie theater. The over priced menu is unreasonable sure it's a movie theater we get that however unrealistic in price. If I could I would not even give one star.
