They have a policy of requiring you to sign up for an annual membership in order to play, even once. I talked to a manager and asked them that they not sign me up for an annual membership because I was going to be there exactly once and didn’t wanna have to remember to cancel it in a year, and this seemed like they had never received this request. Long story short, the manager agreed to remove my name from the annual list, but he didn’t, and I was charged for this again a year later. I appreciate they can ask people to sign up for the year thing, but they should graciously have a process a customer can have if they opt out of it.

Lady server was fantastic. Food was pretty good. We were a work group. I am surprised lawyers don't insist on a metal fence between golfer and tables behind. I could see a drunk golfer having a club skip out of their hands. Will recommend the place.

They ask you to sign up in there system the first time you go there. They take your credit card info and start charging you a $5.00 yearly fee. I’m sure they have it in there fine print. But to me it’s a bad way to do business!! Feel like a scam to me. They will refund you if you call.

We visited Birdi many times before covid. Always enjoyed the food especially the lobster rolls. This got to be the worst lobster roll we have eaten. Hardly any lobster and taste was terrible especially for $35. Very disappointed.

First time we golfed at Birdi it was fairly new and everything was great. Went back tonight and the staff was extremely rude, service was slow and the drinks were awful. Our reservation was until 6:00 and at exactly 6:00 as we were grabbing our clubs a worker (I think the manager) came over and rudely told us we needed to leave the bay now because others were waiting? Seriously, you can't have 30 seconds to grab your stuff. Checkin staff was extremely rude to us and it took forever. The experience ended by the manager throwing our credit cards at us? LOL immature, unprofessional staff and for no reason. We won't ever go back not sure if management changed or what.

Also if the membership was what you are claiming and you are claiming you are so transparent about it, why would we sign our out of town friend up for it?I will happily email you later.Original:Birdi golf made us sign up with a membership and then did not tell us there was a yearly charge.
