Ordered a double croissan'wich with sausage and bacon and a biscuit with sausage. Was told they were out of biscuits, so no big deal swapped the biscuit to a croissant.We drive away and open our breakfast sandwiches. The double has only one piece of bacon on it, and instead of the sausage croissan'wich there is a biscuit... Sweet! Except not because there is no sausage as ordered, just cheese and egg. Didn't go back for a fix since we were in a rush and already on the road. We also ordered an iced coffee and they tried handing us a hot coffee at the drive thru.Pros were they were quick and friendly.

The store is trying to be fast but needs to work on accuracy on orders otherwise I had a good experience. The staff were friendly and approachable. They corrected their mistake quickly and were respectful. Will definitely be back.Kid-friendliness: They have a play place that is available which is great if your child is full of energy and has a hard time sitting still during meals.

Stepping into this Burger King was like walking onto the set of “Saved By the Bell”. Everything was retro 90s style with accents of yellow, teal, magenta and white. Service was fast and the food was ok.

The interior of this Burger King looked straight out of the early 90s.... And I mean that in the absolute best way possible!! It was nostalgic! They even had the cardboard crowns by the checkout line (which my kid loved). The interior was very clean, the employees were very friendly, and when there weren't clients ordering food the employees actually came out to the dining area and were cleaning the whole restaurant (I know that seems small and obvious, but honestly nowadays I feel like most fast food workers couldn't care less and the dining areas are usually filthy). They had a very large play area jungle gym thingy that my son had a blast playing in! I would highly recommend this Burger King. We'll be back here soon

BK has really gone down hill. It feels like that reaction you have when seeing a high school crush that was super hot back in the day, but now looks like a train wreck. When dining in, you can smell the sweet aroma of mop water emenating through the air.

Owner is failing to do their job.When I arrived, I was informed that, due to low staffing, they had a 15 minute delay on being able to take my order.If the owner of this restaurant would pay an appropriate wage, they would not be experiencing low staffing. As such, the owner of this restaurant is not doing their job.

I have had no issues when using the drive thru several times in the last 2 years at this Burger King. Order has been correct and food warm and tasty enough. Usually not a long wait.

Horrible customer service. When I needed to change my order they told me very rudely that I couldn't due to the cooks already started cooking my food, bit yet I had to waite over 15 min for my food. So in other words they did not cook my food when I ordered it ?. Also the manager hid behind the wall and stuck his head around thinking I couldn't see him, instead of coming to deal with the issue as a manager should he told the employees what to say. Also drive through employee was listening to his headphones instead of listening to the customer had to repeat myself 3 times. When I got my food it was cold horrible customer service and food. Will not be returning.

How is this place still open? They often have just one person working and takes 15-20 min for them to take our order. Then another 10-15 min for the one employee to prepare the food. I love Burger King but can’t do this location. It’s a mess.
