Did not get my order correct. I asked for extra hot and had to chug my drink before it got cold. And I waited 10 minutes for the order with only 1 person ahead of me. It’s frustrating to wait in store while they make 10 other drinks and no one is there to pick them up.

This is my all time favorite Caribou. The staff give great service and are extremely sweet. My drink is always amazing no matter who makes it. Seeing other reviews comment on “noise of blenders” or “amount of ice” is actually really irritating since it’s out of the staffs control and they are just doing their jobs. If you can’t handle the staff making drinks according to Caribous corporate rules make your own coffee at home. This Caribou is a great location and I will continue to return. Thank you for providing my days with a drinks full of joy. :b
You really need to limit your mobile orders if your staff cannot keep up with them and the guests waiting in store. 20 minutes for one beverage is outrageous.
