I'm really bummed out about my last visit here. I always order the tiger latte, but this time, what I got was just milk and ice. It didn't look anything like the picture on the board or what I'm used to. When I asked about it, they mentioned something about a new syrup, but that's no excuse for the drink to be so off. I wasn't expecting such a letdown from my go-to order. You can see the difference between my last order and the order of today

It was ok, but the tapioca pearls were very inconsistently cooked/heated. Some were fine, others were undercooked with hard bitter cores, and some were overcooked to the point of tasting like water and having the consistency of loose watered down jelly.There is a saving grace though, lots of options on the menu.But theres a better quality boba/milk tea joint just down the road, like 1 minute away connected to a restaurant that is also very tasty.

Niko Niko replaced another boba shop and it rocks. I stopped in over the weekend and loved all the options for drinks. They allow you to choose your level of sweetness which is major. Will be back!

This place has the upmost poor management. It was messy inside. The tables had residue from spilled drinks and were sticky. Trash was visible on the floor due to no standing trash bin inside. The drinks were expensive and unbearably sweet. The customer service was lacking upon entering. We will not be back.

Confession: I never had a love for Bobba until I met this bad boy!I'm a sucker for a delicious Creme Brule and this drink got me hooked. The picture really does the drink no justice! Tiger Latte Creme Brule with Tapioca pearls, at 50% sweeteness is ???*side note... As most of the patrons spend little to no time in the cafe after receiving their order, the sitting area is small but sufficient.

Niko Niko Boba has great tea options, simple to order and quick to be prepared. We enjoyed ours and the staff were so polite. I usually go to Tii Cup, but would definitely come here again. ?
Came in on a early Sunday morning. No wait. No line. Ordered the the Iced Vanilla Latte with soy milk and Belgian Waffle with Nutella. Both came out quick. My drink was good. I give it 4/5. However, the waffle was just too extra sweet for me. I give it 3/5. The ambiance was chill, loved the vibrant wall paper and the abundant of chairs for customers. I give it a 4/5.

Great service, still great drinks! For early franchise chatime but now independent owners.....got my usual green tea Milk tea hot. Taste good but could use more green taste. Luv the cup that it came in. Very cute for a hot boba drink. Very stylish. Ambience is very cute and nice overall. Decor is what I like for a cutesy boba place.

If you are looking for good boba this is your spot. They have a ton of options for a variety of tastes! I am not the biggest fan of boba but I for sure enjoy this boba. It's a small but quality spot.
