I loved the customer service here 10/10 I was a little skeptical about this location after hearing reviews but I walked in and was immediately greeted by the kind staff the didn’t skimp me on my bowl and even smiled while making it. Bowl was delicious , chips were fresh, place was clean and just an overall great experience!!!

First, the customer service was terrible!!! Then, I got the wrong order. The name was for the order of someone else. I had to call the manager before going back and got a new bowl. Second, my other bowl was incorrect and I found HAIR in it. I instantly lost my appetite and no longer will be ordering or going to this location until that employee who was the cashier there gets fired.

Service was bad. The guy that started to make our food wasn’t wearing gloves - the girl that appeared to be a manager came over to yell at him and got an attitude. She was also rude to us and was acting like she had to go out of her way to prepare our food.

Experience was not good. No high chair to use. Multiple pop dispensers were broken. My order was also wrong because I did pickup and ate there with my kids. It was also really dirty.

Chips were stale and inedible. No ice for drinks. Tortilla for burrito was flaky. Rice was undercooked.
Horrible customer service - very lifeless and just glare at you without speaking or asking questions for your order. Zero response and the food is the worst tasting I’ve had here and I’m pretty certain I’ve seen these employees put body fluids into the food / no gloves…Rude employees as well. Maybe find a new job if you don’t care about your life or others?

How does corporate let this location get away with being as bad as it is. Subpar service and quality and always out of at least 2-3 things. Going to start driving across town to the other Woodbury chipotle. Just done. What a waste of time and

This place is a mess at least every time ive been there. You can tell the people that are trying to do everything by themselves and the lazy people that are there for a pay check apart from each other. Your typical group of people go figure. Had on two occasions the people just walk away from their station just because and everyone ask where they went. Maybe I'll just drive to a further one next time.

The food was good but the service was absolutely terrible last night. A couple of employees were particularly ridiculous. 4 customers should not have taken you almost 30 minutes. No one had any sense of urgency or care for the customers. Don’t think I’ll be back to this one, even though it’s closer to my home.
