The reason im giving this Caribou 5 stars is because how welcoming they are to EVERYONE!! I recognized they location could (and probably does, for sure) cause complicated and difficult situations at times. With that being said, i personally have never felt uncomfortable or disrespected by any of the staff. On Friday 01/05 I did an online order and accidentally linked the wrong caribou location and didn’t realize until I arrived to my usual location and didn’t see my name/cup. I checked my caribou app and realized I selected the wrong location. I called over to Caribou on Century Ave and spoke to Mariah who was very helpful and provided me the customer service line where I left a brief message asking for a call back on how to get a refund/help.I received a call this afternoon...read full review
