I recently visited the Cold Stones location in Woodbury, a place where I've usually had great experiences. Unfortunately, my most recent visit left much to be desired. I ordered two ice creams, but as the employee handed one over the counter, they accidentally dropped more than half of it, leaving me with an almost empty treat. She didn't apologize or even attempted to re-fill my ice-cream. Despite feeling disappointed, I chose not to complain. However, this wasn't the first time I've encountered issues with the service. On a prior visit, the same employee charged me twice for a single ice cream. While I understand that mistakes happen, it's disheartening to have consistent issues with service quality, especially when paying a premium price for treats.

Went for Ice Cream last Monday and got the cheesecake flavor which was delicious. The service was very good and employees were very nice especially Audrey who helped me with my order. It felt a little quiet with little customers but other than that a great experience all around!

Just got home from visiting at around 6:50pm. My husband and I stopped in and they were pretty busy. We noticed five employees though (3front and 2back). My husband and I both had samples and then I told the gal what I wanted. I ordered a kids cake batter and immediately the employee stuck her head out and snotty responded with “a kids?” And I said yes. I also said I wanted a “mine” of cake batter. You could tell her whole energy shifted and she was frustrated. I told her my husband had an ice cream after that and she 100% rolled her eyes. I never said anything, but as soon as we got in the car my husband mentioned how rude she was. Neither of the other two girls had an attitude about orders and filled up everything pretty good from what it looked like. My “mine” when I got home was shorted. Pretty disappointed

We heard marshmallow flavor was supposed to be year round. It wasn't there when we went this time. Disappointed.

Always excellent!!! Although, they no longer carry black cherries. They were the only place who had black cherry. There are may other favorites, but black cherry wins every time.

Nice to have an option for dairy-free shakes (using Silk Almond Milk) and ice cream. Service was average, as it always seems to take a bit longer than you'd expect to make a shake. Shake was good and moderately priced.

I have a hard time rating any cold stone less than five stars but this location is clearly under staffed. Visibly dirty, cold stones were not as cold as other locations, not enough staff to handle the long line and they were struggling to keep up.

It was my first time at Cold Stone and it did not disappoint. The chocolate dipped cones where delicious.

Cash register broke upon paying. Waited 20 min for it to get fixed and Icecream was melted. No one offered to remake.

Their ice cream is the best. It was pretty quiet when I went so I was in and out super fast. Highly recommend the birthday cake remix

2 years of being a weekly Saturday or Sunday customer and averaging $24-$30 each order. The staff and management will do all they can to make sure your odrer is satisfactory. Alisha and Ellla are two of the top staff members who have gone above and beyond with my orders.Thank you!
