I visit Cowboy Jacks on a regular basis, I have always had courteous service, especially at the bar. If there is ever an issue they will do all they can to rectify it, your experience and your safety is their main concern.

Service was slow. Food Order came to our table wrong twice. No presence of a manager anywhere in the building. No follow up after our food was finally delivered

My family and I were so disappointed. I don’t know if they were short-staffed or what; but I feel like we had a laundry list of things that didn’t impress us—the sprite tasting like water, straws handed to us completely wet, wrong meals and sides, food temps, etc. Our server was sweet as can be, but I think she had too many responsibilities to be as attentive as she normally might be. Famous Dave’s has always been in our top 5. We aren’t going to completely write it off after this experience because we have had so many great ones before this. We will probably just wait quite a while before we come back.

Holy Cow! This place became the ghetto over night. Add a little crappy ribs and a grumpy bartender and the place goes to sh!t. I'm looking forward to this place going out of business next summer and a new owner coming in to make it a good place again. The food sucks and the warm beers choices on tap suck as bad as the Texas Road house.

David the bartender at the Woodbury location was by the most personable and friendly bartender I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Darn good at selling in a non pressuring way and got me to try some new drinks that I’ve never thought to try but will be ordering again! Thank you!!

I've been drinking here for years! its so sad they ruined it by taking away all of jacks food and merging it with famous daves. the bucket of wings during vikings games were great. along with the only place that served tater tot hot dish in woodbury. now their both gone. so sad.
so d*** how they brought dying famous daves burnt bbw into this place and got rid of all the cowboy jacks food. its sad how this company ruined such a nice bar. famous daves sucks and they should of just let it die.

They just combined Famous Dave's restaurant with Cowboy Jacks restaurant a couple weeks ago. We went there for the Famous Dave's food. The food was still as good as always, but we didn't get our coleslaw with the family feast we ordered. I had to ask for it, but we already finished our meal by the time I asked for it. The waitress never came by because she was busy with other tables that were filled after we came I think they were understaffed. I also first ordered a Root beer only to find out a little while later that their root beer machine was down. I then ordered a Strawberry Dacari, but never got one because the waitress forgot. We asked for boxes for our leftovers. We got those, but not the bill. About 10 minutes later she came back and asked if we wanted our bill. Most people who get to go boxes are ready for their bill. We then waited for about 10 more minutes. Then once we got the bill and gave our debit card it took at least 15 more minutes to get it back.

As regulars we thought we would give the new Cowboys a try.......waited 10 minutes for a beer. We got a glass of water. At that point we got up and left. The menu itself is enough to keep us out of there. We will probably give it another chance but not for awhile, but by then it will be like everything else that goes in there closed.

Awful food. Asked for pink in burger, it was over done. Food all around our table was terrible. The tap beer glasses smelled like vomit. The waitress was sweet but rarely checked in with us and when she did she was gone before we even had a chance to ask for anything. Will not be back to this location. Spent my night feeling sick, hoping I didn't get food poisoning.
