The cookies r good, the service can be a bit slow , ambiance is so so , it's a small store, so not much u can do with that it's always clean , but when it's busy not much room for people who r waiting, while other people r coming in. But over all it's in a good area plenty of parking
Cookies are EXCELLENT but the process for WAITING IS A HEADACHE. Ordered for my cookies to pick up at 4pm. Arrived at 6 and was told I’m #10 in line. It’s now almost 7pm and I’m only #8

We ordered 450 cookies via the Crumbl app and had no issues. They were ready at pick-up time and went smoothly. They were packaged in the bigger Crumbl catering boxes so easy transportation. These were a HUGE hit. We only had roughly 30 cookies left.
