Pizza was horribleNo sauce no cheese? I ordered extra cheese and there was literally none? No Mariana sauce to speak of... Ick, just ick and it was $30+ dollars. Never again

This place is always turning their online ordering off before they actually close and it’s so frustrating bc you spend time putting in an order just to be charged, yes you heard that right, and then after the card goes thru you get a message from their online ordering service app that there was an error with the order (not payment ) and told to try again online, just to make you do it all over again for it to say it’s now closed and to try again tomorrow, literally sits there and pends on the screen for an entire minute until it turns exactly 1am and says “we are closed.” Not even joking. Second time this has happened. I better be reimbursed… just have the common courtesy to note online that you’re closing early, as your norm, bc apparently you don’t want late night business anymore .. just as all the other pizza joints that close early or quit delivering by midnight - only weekends too, rest the week is so lame - at least dominoes stays open until about 12:30 (give or take) lol … ?‍???‍♀️ never again. Or maybe one more time just to make it really clear to me, easier to get over this way, like a bad breakup. Okay. Goodnight now. To bed hungry it is ?

My husband has always preferred domino's over other competitors and being a local contractor with varying hours has ordered from this location often. So you can imagine how upset we were to learn that they had collectively gone on the defensive and treated my mother with the MOST disrespectful attitude. Then had the audacity to tell her, "she could leave their store and not come back." I hope that the Woodbury domino's understands that by treating a customer with such disrespect they have lost several customers not just one. I will continue letting everyone I know in the woodbury and surrounding area to steer clear if you want to be treated with the respect every human deserves. And what was the response I received when I called, "I have no idea what your talking about" and when asked if the owner could call me back, "he won't know what you're talking about either". Well I think everyone else I speak to will know what disrespect and poor customer service is. it's clear that the owner and their current team has it correct. They don't know what it is I'm talking about! Because what I am talking about is treating your customers with dignity and respect!!!

I'm not one to raise my pitchfork at resturaunt workers on the internet, but if you value food safety and knowing where your food has come from, just don't order from here.We actually didn't order anything. Three Pizza's just randomly showed up at our doorstep. No receipt or anything for us to know where they were supposed to go. This isn't really much of a problem. People make mistakes; I sure made plenty when I delivered food.We then called the store to let them know that their driver might have dropped this order at the wrong house, but we weren't sure where it was supposed to go.The issue I have is with how this mistake was handled. Whomever picked up the phone (not sure if in--store, driver, or manager) asked us to hang on to it for him, and wait for someone to come pick it up (they didn't say who it would be).Fourtunately, our neighbors came over looking for it and we just gave it to him and everything was fine, but this should have been an instant remake. My circumstance aside Almost no one would want a pizza that had been handled by who knows how many people that don't even work for the restaurant that made it. This is a food safety problem.

I order from here at least once a week. HUGO IS A ROCKSTAR AND HE DESERVES MORE MONEY. Everyone else… wowza. Have an issue? Nobody answers the phones. They top your pizza AND pasta with something you’re allergic to? Bummer dude, no body answers the phone . $60 worth of food and I can’t even get ahold of anyone . All I wanted was dinner dude .

Shouldn't the drivers have a light up car topper so I know who's pulling up to my house? My driver tonight did not. What does the added delivery fee cover? It takes away from me wanting to tip my driver what they usually deserve.

Absolutely dreadful service from Domino's Pizza. Their employees seem to be actively avoiding answering the phone, even when there's no one in the store. I witnessed this firsthand as I drove by and called, only to see them neglecting the ringing phone. This is not an isolated incident; it's becoming a pattern. Avoid this location at all costs if you value any semblance of customer service."

Domino's is value for money no matter what others say. Get their Brooklyn style pizza and you are golden ?It's the best taste you will get for that price.. works well if you are on budget and occasionally for all as they have good toppings. Always look out for coupons and deals !Vegetarian options: They have lot of vegetarian toppings

I order from this dominos all the time and tip very decent on every single order and never have a problem with this store. For some reason tonight on 2/09/24 my phone number was changed on my order so I could never receive a call letting me know the driver was here and I called back twice to figure out what was happening. My order on the dominos app said it was completed and that is the reason I called the store the first time and questioned why did it say completed but the person who picked up the phone was nice and said to call back in about 10 mins but I instead waited for 30 mins to call back. When I called back the second time he said the reason he couldn’t get ahold of me the first time was because my phone number was wrong which is understandable and told me the driver would be here in 20 minutes. When the driver Mathew arrived he told me to next time to have my phone number changed very rudley because he’s tired of his manager complaining about receiving calls about deliveries being wrong but obviously i know not to ever do that again because i never want cold pizza again. It’s not my fault I had to call the times I did because I didn’t know what was happening. I was very disappointed in the driver tonight in how he acted towards me.

Rude service. They forgot the garlic butter on my order that I prepaid for and did not realize it until I was at home. When I called about Domino’s mistake I was asked what I wanted and was told I should have come inside to correct their mistake. Then I was hung up on.

Food was great but yall need to maximize your efficiency with time and cleanliness… One of you was on your phone texting someone and taking a snapshot of the 45 carry out queue wait time and then proceeded to wipe your hand on your nose right before touching somebody’s pizzaI know yall are super busy on Friday nights and overall the weekends but please at least be mindful of what you’re doing in front of waiting/paying customers and what you’re touching if you’re not gonna invest the time to practice sanitary food safety precautions like having gloves on while cooking customers’ food.. hygiene is a part of basic training for those that work in food industry
