Not very good. Pass on the breakfast sandwich. If I knew ahead of time that it was frozen and reheated in the microwave, I would not have ordered it. My son had the donut sudae. He said it was okay. The donut was fresh as they are made to order.

Seriously, I work in the same strip mall and have been trying to get a refund for 2 weeks for an online order. Arrived to pick up my order and found doors locked, no one answered the phone and no sign was posted about being closed. I’ve emailed twice with no response. At this point I will be contacting the mall management to report issues that I see a lot of people besides myself are having. Ridiculous and sad, was really looking forward to supporting this business and trying their product.

I really liked their order ahead website and customization options for a donut order. I ordered 6 donuts the night before for a 7am pickup and they were ready right on time, hot and fresh. The only downside is I asked if I could get a regular glazed single donut added for me to eat myself and they don't have them ready at hand. Still the staff member was friendly and offered to make me one but I couldn't wait for it.I would try this place again for sure especially because the web ordering was so convenient.The donuts were a gift so I didn't actually get to eat one unfortunately and comment on the taste.

Not the fastest, but always worth the wait! Their fresh donuts are always delicious and the flavor varieties are great! Our daughter’s favorite donut shop!

I placed an order from grub hub for sandwich, latte, and 2 donuts. I got 3 donuts, no drink or sandwich. I called duck and they didn’t seem to care at all about the mistakes and did not provide any solutions or apology’s.

BEST COFFEE AND DONUTS AROUND!! Melt in your mouth, highly recommend the maple bacon donuts and iced latte!! The staff is friendly and very generous on toppings!

Ordered online for pick up and when I got there the doors were locked with a handwritten sign that something was broken. I can't get a hold of anyone that has the authority to give me my money back. I see other reviews that people are experiencing the same thing. Then after reading the copy/paste replies from the jerky owner, I hope this place closes down and the owner loses all of its money!

The worst customer service! I placed an order online for pick up Saturday morning for a special event and when I got there they said their fryers were down. So I left empty-handed but paid online. When I called Monday to make sure I was receiving a refund. The “manager (or so he claimed)” was extremely rude, treated me poorly, and then hung up on me!! I called the other location and asked them to get ahold of the owner for a refund. I will not give this place a second chance and nor give up on my refund!UPDATE: I have called Duck Donuts and left voicemails for the last 4 days and no one has contacted me or refunded my online payment. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE ANY MONEY ONLINE!

Simply put, understaffed and poorly maintained. The staff on location were doing their best, but there were only two people on a Saturday, and the equipment broke down, impacting orders after me. The donuts were great, but I cannot recommend the location until these issues are addressed. I’m not sure how they stay in business.

Whoever owns this location should be ashamed. Placed an online order today about 90 minutes ahead of time only to show up to the most heartbreaking, woefully understaffed location. One employee on a Sunday...doing their best trying to keep everything together with only one other trainee for help. Lots of people waiting... and to top it off there's an equipment problem - many of the donuts were coming out too small to use.Needless to say my scheduled order wasn't even on the board to be prepared. After 15 minutes of watching this unfold, I left with my kids and attempted to cancel the order online. Hopefully it is cancelled because I didn't want donuts for lunch.Yes, my family's plan for the day was affected. But more importantly, whatever is going on with the staff here needs to be fixed - pay them more so they show up for work or close the location. At the end of the day, if I can't rely on Duck Donuts to have my donuts ready, why would I risk buying from them?

Just a bad experience, unfortunately they gave someone else my order that was prepaid. And although they tried to remedy this by making the order quickly everything was sloppy. First time trying this place probably the last.
