BEST subs because you get a lot of meat and, the bread is actually delicious. The bread is softer than competitors. The only thing is, I'd like coupons or deals every so often at least.

Fair warning this place is closed. Has been for at least a month if not longer. I stopped driving by hoping to see if it had reopened.Shame as I loved the brand.

Is this location closing/closed permanently? I've tried going for a month and every time the place is closed. Update your hours here!

This location was closed, even though google said open. I called the White Bear location and they said its permanently closed.. would have been good to know before I drove 20 min!

Been there 3 times recently and closed every time. Finally going out they close at 5pm Not convenient got dinner and you have to drive through rush hour traffic. Must not have the staff

It’s not terribly hard to edit your google hours—-really a bummer when you drive 20 minutes to head here just to find a paper sign on the door that says “closed today” when the online hours say open ?

We stopped four times in last 10 days only to see handwritten sign saying "CLOSED TODAY". Guess it may be permanent. Nearest location is Maplewood now! ☹️

Is this store open still? Tried going there multiple times throughout the week at various times and they’re always closed. They’ve been closed for almost 2 weeks straight

While Firehouse Subs has a great sandwich. This particular location is in constant struggle. This is not the first time we have been to this location and saw such a shell of a restaurant- out of product, in disarray & dirty. We are amazed they can stay open with such a lack of product.Today, they are OUT of SOUP, CHILI, PICKLES, STEAK, BRISKET, CHICKEN, MEATBALLS, SODA, TEA and ONLY ONE MILK LEFT ON DISPLAY, CONDIMENT PACKETS ( no mayo or mustard packets)The Chip rack is not flush with the product. They only had two brownies on display and no cookies.A window has a large crack...The tables are ALL dirty....The restroom is nasty!!They have taped white paper over all the items on the menu board that you can't order. The big coke machine has ONLY TWO SODA OPTIONS, even though it's supposed to have 100 OPTIONS.This is not the first time we have patronized this location. The last time we came to this Woodbury location, they were out of lots of product then also.It appears this location struggles greatly....Obviously, owner's don't care how FireHouse Subs is represented.I would suggest visiting other locations over this one.

Always out of product. This is my 3rd stop here in the past month. Almost totally out of fountain drinks, four types of sandwiches, no pickles, and a variety of sides are all out of stock. And all of the tables were dirty. Major thumbs down for this location. ?

Absolute worst customer service from the woman behind the counter. Incredibly negative attitude. Argumentative with co-worker. I came in for a small sub and a cup of soup. I was immediately met with the woman telling me how small the sub was in a negative attitude. I then asked about the meatballs and her co-worker stated that he had forgot to put them on. Again she becomes even more argumentative with her co-worker raising her voice at how long it will take to cook meatballs. She's unprecedes to completely ignore me at the register and walk away into the office. This is the second time this woman has stood at the counter and walked away from me without saying a word. The previous time I had left too because of that attitude without buying anything. I am never going back if that's acceptable customer service.Ps I wrote this at Potbelly's eating my small meatball and cup of soup
