Called back for a refund the day after getting food as soon as I could to get to it during work because my both of my sandwiches were wrong (one with wrong meat and the other with no meat at all).Told them calling the the store back to let them know it was wrong wasn’t an option because it was closed.So instead of not eating dinner we paid for we took photos for them to see and ate our dinner (after driving back out to get sandwich meat from another store). I’ve had about a dozen wrong orders from this place so I thought I’d word vomit a little bit.

Food is fine but worker refused to put ty chicken on a sandwich as any other jimmy johns location would. Working in the service industry myself you are suppose to make your customers happy and a simple request should be manageable.

Wasn't a freaky fast as other stores and workers still seemed a little stressed out over-worked. Sandwiches were works of art though. Probably the only fast food place I've ever been to where the sandwiches looked as good as the ones in the advertising!

Freaky slow. Literally the only customers here. Sitting here watching them make a 20 sandwich delivery order ahead of my one singular wrap. One person came in and ordered behind me and just got their sandwich before me. My wrap was abandoned on the counter to go take bread out of the oven while 2 other guys stood around. I used to work at JJ’s years ago and would have been fired for that pace of service.

Went to get takeout from this place around 4:00 p.m. Cashier had very long, thin, dirty blonde hair. Absolutely rude and gave us attitude the whole time we ordered our food. We were the only customer there at the time and they were not short staffed. While we waited at the pick up station, another guy comes in. Overheard her taking his order and she was so nice to him. Even asked him if he had a jimmy johns reward, which she didn’t bother for us. Have to mention that my partner and I are people of color but the guy after us was a Caucasian man, so you do the math. Looked at my receipt and it said cashier’s name was Corey, however, I believe that’s wrong. They weren’t wearing any name tags either.

I won't ever tip again, or order again for the matter. Took well over an hour for my food to arrive at my door and ended up having to throw it away as I had to leave for something important. Sat outside for 4 hours. Beyond ridiculous that it took that long to get there.

We stopped here on our way to WI after a flight from WA. When I walked in to order, it appeared that there was only one person working. I asked if he was alone and he said yes. 2 people called in sick. There was a delivery person though. There were 5 people in front of me, and this young man (Daivonn) was smiling even though the phones were ringing off the hook and people waiting! Whoever is the manager of this store should promote him or for sure give this guy a raise! He could have been angry and acting like he didn’t want to be there. Instead, he was so pleasant! He needs to be appreciated for his excellent customer service and awesome sandwich making skills!THANK YOU DAIVONN FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE! Keep smiling! ?
