The location on Queens Lane down the road made my order wrong and I drove all the way back out to get my missing ingredients but the manager working that evening (Juwar?) refused to give me the missing ingredients and told me not to come back again. I then came to this location and the customer service was amazing. This will now be my new Jimmy John's of choice!

They always blast music so loud here that I cant hear them announce the orders. The large guy who makes the sandwiches appears to be overworked and unhappy in his role. It surely comes across in his/their demeanor towards customers. I continue to go because its good food, not because i like the abrasive atmosphere. EDIT: yeah jimmy johns thats your problem not mine.

Don’t order for delivery unless you want to wait possibly hours for your food. They need to hire more delivery drivers and they should give a delivery estimate window when ordering. Until then I won’t order for delivery again, and I probably won’t go out of my way to pick up a sandwich because I usually prefer delivery.

Ordered a delivery a 12:25pm for a delivery. It just arrived at 2:45pm! To start we live down the road and for them to take over 2 hours is ridiculous! Get my food and all sandwiches are soggy like they were made at 1pm! On top of it all I get a sandwich that’s not even the right sandwich we ordered. Just a sad showing from an establishment that we go at least 1-2 times a week.
Don’t expect your food freaky fast at this Jimmy John’s. Today’s wait almost 25 minutes because of only one person working. As if that’s not bad enough, most times the bread is pretty stale.

My friend and I ordered ahead of time on the app. We selected curbside. We arrived to the restaraunt about 15 mins after our order was supposed to be ready. We ended up waiting over an hour for two turkey tom sandwiches which was insane. When we went inside to ask when it might be ready, the workers were snappy and irritated at us for asking. We saw multiple people go in way after we had ordered and walked out with their sandwiches in a prompt manner. Ruined our day as we had to cancel our plans since we wasted so much time waiting. I understand being understaffed, I'm in the service industry. But this was just crazy to wait over an hour for a jimmy johns sandwich.

My sandwich arrived 40mins. The manager or whoever he was was quite rude rhe first time I called...so not good for a first time buyer. Then my sandwich arrived and it was missing a few things. I called back just to let him know and he talked over me and was quite rude. I then raised my voice and told him this is not how u ha dle or talk. Customer service here is awful. I will never return. They need to train people how to talk politely.

I thought this store was slow because they were short staffed but no they just are very slow at making sandwiches even with multiple people on staff. not "freaky fast" at all.
