Panda Express gave us half a pint and made us pay for half empty container, and stated they can limit the amount of shrimp they give you upon their own discretion. I have teenage boys who want shrimp. Two of em. It was berserk. So we came down to Leanne Chin and were graced to have met Kim. She was lovely. She offered suggestions, and was a breath of fresh air. What a great experience we had, following such a traumatic experience.Thank you Kim. You are AMAZING.

There are many fast food options in Woodbury but Leeann Chin has some of the better gluten free options for some of my family members. The staff is usually pretty friendly and the food is almost always fresh. Sometimes you have to wait for an order, especially if they are busy, but I would rather have my food fresh than them make too much and have it sit out for long periods of time.

The food was warm and fairly fresh! The chicken wing appetizer was good with a crunchy crust, but they are still too salty. If they could simply reformulate the recipe with a touch less salty flavor, they would be outstanding. The Peking Chicken used to have more red peppers, but for some reason, they have taken it down to one or two small pieces per serving??? Really?I find the server staff here always seem to be cranky, but you only see them for a few minutes, so I can handle that. I think it is because they are usually understaffed. Just corporations trying to make more profits by keeping staffing to a minimum. Once again, if the food is hot and fresh, you only have to be in there, five minutes!Overall, I love Leeann Chin for a quick pick-up of Asia Cuisine. The flavor and quality are always better than Panda Expess.The prices are still fairly reasonable compared to most restaurants, since the election.

Do not go here anywhere near closing time. Just got home from closing up the cabin for the winter on Saturday night and family was hungry. Food was extremely dried out and staff seemed as if I was bothering them because I was buying food. Was not impressed! I think this may have been my last trip to Leann Chin's, have had similar experiences and different locations with the staff.
Woodbury location:The Bourbon chicken was tough and tasted old. I asked to change it out. The woman behind the counter didn’t mind. My sister had gotten the same thing and didn’t want to be a bother. Before leaving she asked me to get it switched as I did with mine. The man behind the counter was rude and scoffed at me when I asked to have hers replaced. He did correct it but there was no reason to act the way he did.

I ordered delivery from the Woodbury MN location: two full entrees (Sesame Chicken, Peking Chicken) each with white rice, and had a coupon redeemed for six cream cheese puffs (with appetizer sauce + garlic chili sauce).Both entrees were HALF PORTIONS of chicken and rice; you can barely make one full entree by combining the contents of both containers. Also, NO sauces provided for the cream chz puffs ... even though the sauces are clearly listed on the receipt taped to the outside of the bag!I am fed up being ripped off by the Woodbury location; this is not the first time we've been short-served on orders ... but it is the last time: I will NEVER do business with Leeann Chin again; they have lost my patronage.[Order from Lil Chopstix instead; MUCH better food and service!]
