Well it took forever to figure out the whole rewards thing on their kiosk and it ended up not working out for me to use or any of my deals that I had or rewards so I ended up spending about 30 minutes to 45 minutes of wasting my time on that to ended up just paying full price for whatever I got They need to make those a little bit more user friendly and when they offer a 20% discount on your whole purchase Make sure it's actually 20% and not like 10% for 15 I mean it just didn't add up I spend over $8 and only get a dollar 45 off That doesn't make senseBut the service was good for the most part I think they could be a little bit more smiley with the customers They feel like they don't really want to be there The employees that is At least that the one out of that but it seems to be that way almost in every single location sadly Come on McDonald's I thought you were better than Burger King Burger King But no they're about the same They need to pay their employees much more money than they do but have higher expectations then.

Train your people to speak English before having them work. They never get orders right, don't know what your getting. Can't understand a damn word they say. This is ALWAYS. It's annoying and will not go your location again. Saw I'm not the only one who has the same problem. Been going on a LONG TIME.

I ordered hot cakes and I didn't get them. I will admit I was too lazy to go back when I was 100 yards away but that's not the point and neither is the two ninety whatever it cost me to almost starve from lack of hot cakes. It's about not having hotcakes in my belly. The average hot cakes enthusiast may lose hope at this point, giving up his love for hot cakes and moving on to French toast or French toast sticks but not this guy. You won this time McDonald's in Woodbury but I will have my hot cakes, oh yes I will.

As an oblivious father, I accidently threw away my son's happy meal toy. He was clearly upset at me, but one of the employees saw it and handed him a new one. The joy in him seeing a new one was priceless. It may not have meant much to them, but it meant the world to us. Thank you for your kindness.

First time visit with my kid after a doctor appointment. Food and service was decent but the atmosphere left something to be wanted. It’s sad that a multi-billion dollar corporation doesn’t have better maintenance standards. The benches and seating in multiple places inside were literally disintegrating.

My husband brought some fries home the other day that were soggy. They were in the bag for a few minutes, so I thought maybe that was it. I went again today, and they were soggy fresh out of the window. Figure out your friers or something guys. People don’t want soggy french fries McDonalds.
