I came in today to get a Wisconsin mac and cheese. Great customer service, workers were very friendly. The restaurant was nice and clean. But I get home and start eating my mac and cheese and find several hairs in it as if someone pulled out their hair and put it in the food. Very gross. Could not finish meal to grossed out.

I ordered reg mac and cheese. Got home, took off the cover, and the food smelled like old cheese. I took a couple bites but couldn’t eat anymore because that’s how strong the odor was. Never had this happen before so the cheese has to be expired. Gross! Never again.

The pad Thai was super mushy, soggy and watery. The Woodbury one just has poor quality food.

They took my money and i didnt recieve any food TWICE absolutely rediculous everytime i order food from this location it is wrong and ice cold employees very unprofessional very rude and inconsiderate of the customers and their satisfaction i walked into the bathroom and it was destroyed absolutely gross.

Ordered pasta with Alfredo on the side as I normally do at other Noodles - but not sure what they sold me. Does not taste like alfredo or any other sauce I have had from there - and it’s tan and very gritty?Unfortunately didn’t notice until I had already poured it on, and don’t have time to go back since I got this to eat right before a meeting. Idk what sauce this would be for as it’s very unpleasant, and if they are comfortable serving this as their alfredo I am concerned.Scraped off what I could :(

I ordered LEANguini FrescaRegular (+$8.93)ParmesanParmesan-Crusted Chicken Breast (+$4.46)CustomizeSpinach (+1.05)Standard PreparationAdd Crushed Red PepperAdd ParsleyAnd a kids spaghetti meal. My pasta had 3 pieces of spinach, no parsley, 3 onions, and 5 pieces of chopped tomatoes. I paid for extra spinach. They forgot my child's applesauce and no where did they inform me that I had to grab my child’s milk from the cooler. I thought everything was in the bag. I recommend going in and placing your order. That way you can make sure you're getting what you paid for.

Meh. Chicken was wicked rubbery. I feel like Noodles portions have gotten significantly less & less. Had delivered so can’t speak on actual service.
I was at this location with a friend of mine. And for the first time I got to try something different. I just love it when they have healthier alternatives to choose from when cutting the carbohydrates.

I picked up an online order only to discover when I got home that I was given the incorrect size. I called to speak with the manager and they mailed me two free entrees to correct for this. Huge thank you for the excellent customer service Lizz & Tanya!! I will definitely be returning to your location. Highly recommend!

I got pad tai with chicken. One all I got was straight noodles no toppings. I also ordered chicken but got no chicken. I've been here before and the cashiers are very rude. They once refused to give my friend his change and made sarcastic remarks. Go to the other one in Woodbury so much better.
