First time stopping in this morning. Greeted very warmly from lady and she helped explain what the menu was and combos. My very first time in place like this one. I grabbed a chocolate peanut butter banana very delicious. Also grabbed a daily immunity drink. Thank you for taking time with me this morning and I’m so excited to stop back and try other flavors!

I’m newer to Woodbury area and was excited to see there was a Herbal Life store front near my new home. Excited to stop there, I walked in to grab a tea (my favorite) before the start of a full day of errands. Immediately I was greeted very poorly when no coaches bothered to turn around say “hello”, ask me how the day was going or what they could help me with. Shocked by that, I glanced at the menu in which I was somewhat familiar with since I used to work at another store front that sold Herbal Life products. The lady at the register seemed quite annoyed like she had better things to do with her day, and did not even have the decency to make eye contact, really. I feel I was looked at in a way as if I did not belong there, whether it was based on my body type (not looking like someone on a heath journey in my running gear after a long jaunt around the lake , a regular customer of theirs, or my skin tone). Really upsetting because I did love working my old job like this. Welcoming customers was a big part of how we did business, making everyone feel welcome with the personal relationship we had with regular customers and new comers. Knowing that people have off/bad days I decided to give the business the benefit of the doubt and try again. Unfortunately, experienced the same aura of the place?. Besides the few visits to the shop, the drinks were fine but I don’t think I’ll be returning any time soon.

Wonderful place for a nutrition shake! My favorite of all time is campfire smore, not always on the menu but the team is helpful and makes it special upon my request. Very friendly staff and delicious flavored shakes.

Loved my experience here! The lovely ladies that helped me were friendly, knowledgeable and had great suggestions for a first timer. I'm so happy a friend of mine suggested to try this place out. I tried the mango aloe- delicious; the Pom Bomb tea-amazing; the peanut butter chocolate banana shake-incredible. Can't wait to go back and try more!
My husband and I love to visit new nutrition clubs to try new flavors of shakes and tea. This was our first time trying this place as we are only visiting the area. I ordered the cookie crunch shake and the level 2 blizzard tea and my husband got the White chocolate salted caramel pretzel shake and the Jolly Rancher tea. We both loved our orders. The customer service was outstanding. Would definitely go back and try something else.

What a great place with a wonderful culture and community. Great family owned and family focused business with amazing employees. The two ladies working on Saturday morning truly went above and beyond. I’m sorry I couldn’t remember their names. Highly recommend and will tell everyone

Been here twice looks like it's a mom & pop shop. Very small and family oriented I think which is cool cause their aren't a lot of places like this anymore. Prices are 9 for a combo meal which is a good price , one thing I must say they use a lot of ice in which takes away from the flavor of the shake. And the women owner ? there did not once look me in my eye both times when I was there which was very odd idk if she was having a off day both days but yeah the service felt like a cold shoulder so idk if it'll go there again.

This was my first time coming to the Nutrition Cave in Woodbury and it’s definitely a 5/5 stars experience! Vickie and her husband were SO helpful in helping me pick out an amazing flavor combo. They were so kind and I can’t wait to come back and bring my husband!There are so many different flavors to choose from and combinations to try. And everything I had was delicious! I highly recommend them for all your wellness treat needs!
