My family regularly Orders, Papa John’s about twice a month. We’ve been eating from this pizza place consistently for the last eight years. Last night was the first mistake. I’ve seen that entire time. The team very quickly rectified the mistake and we were able to get everything taken care of quickly. I think as regularly as we go, the fact that it took this long for there to be a mistake is pretty spectacular. Great job Papa John’s team, forgive me for not remembering the name of the lady who had helped me out. Keep making awesome pizza!

not even about the pizza. I am 16 years old, and someone that works at this papa john’s followed me in a car because I supposedly “cut him off”. He followed me in his car for 10 minutes straight, then at a red light he came up to me and told me that i cut him off and that the cops are coming to my house because I did so. While I was talking to him, two adults rolled down their window and mouthed to me “should i call the cops on him??”. I didn’t respond to them, but should have said yes. He was wearing a papa john’s shirt, and I was driving past this exact papa john’s when I this all occurred, so I’m assuming he works here. If papa john’s hires crazy people like him who follows teenagers, then they should no longer operate. He was completely dangerous, and the cops were called on him on my behalf and I ended up at the police station to make sure I was safe. Seriously, what kind of old guy follows a 16 year old. And how does he even have the time, does he not have anything better to do? Obviously not because he’s old and still work a at papa john’s without even a real job. what a loser. papa john’s, please stop hiring creepy old losers.

Ordered the stuffed crust pizza and honestly it was not good. I know they make the crust different for this type of pizza but my god the bottom was the thinnest crust ever, it couldn't even hold its shape. Also the pizza AND the box were in a puddle of grease. Most unappetizing thing I have ever ordered from Papa Johns which is really unfortunate because they are almost always our go to for delivery pizza.

I ordered A three topping pizza ? but with extra which was almost three dollars for extra cheese not a big deal. What is a deal is that they don’t put extra cheese ? on the pizza. You can tell that there wasn’t because it looked like thing they barely out cheese on the pizza. Won’t be back to this location.. ?

I fully feel like I have been scammed by them. I placed an order on Halloween for 2 large pizzas, total $25. They end up calling me back and canceling my order because they aren't taking future time orders. Fine. My husband ends up placing the order and is told that the total is $33 for the same order! So they cancel my order and have me place a more expensive order for the same exact thing?! Scam. You can't even call the store directly, it's a call service. When I asked to get transferred to the store I get hung up on. Customer service just emailed me and instead of refunding the difference they offer me a discount on a future order. SCAM!!!

Doritos/ranchFinally ordered the Doritos ranch flavor papadia. But got no flavor. There was no seasoning added as advertised, just the toppings I chose. Def a waste of my money. Will never order any specialty item in future.

Papa Johns is no longer Papa Johns, the crust is different, the sauce, cheese, something is off. Also the crust is like raw.. no matter how they cook it, it's just raw. I guess on my cheat days I'm just gonna go to local pizza shops instead of big chain ones.
Everything except the pizza was great. Papa johns used to have a thinner crust. It was soft delicious and different Who decided to make the crust thicker? Most of the dough on top was raw. Even if it was cooked more it's still way too much crust. There seems to be more cheese but again its too much. The crust to cheese ratio is way off. I promise you this is NOT how a papa johns pizza is supposed to be. THANKS A LOT SHAQ!!! You ruined a good pizza.

I got the New Garlic Stuffed Pizza and it Did Not taste like Garlic the cheese in the Crust on the outside was Cold. Don't know if I will order from Papa John's again or not....

There pizza is just like others on a day they actually get your order correct but they charge for red pepper flake and parmesean packets, seriously? I will not be back.

Ordered ny style pizza with extra cheese. Didn't realize it was sausage.Got home, noticed sausage. Caller them and they would not replace it. Had to throw it away. We eat vegetarian.Never again ordering from them.

Placed an online order this evening and they cancelled the order not knowing until I arrived. They said they tried calling (they called one time and didn’t let it ring all the way or leave a message) but I don’t typically answer unknown numbers. If people leave messages I’ll listen and call back. I placed the order expecting to pay cash upon arrival. They said they cancelled it because they get too many calls of prank orders, fine I get it, but actually try getting ahold of someone then. Figured they could at least put the order back through and they said they could but couldn’t activate it whatever that means, so we would have to reorder the whole order online ourselves and wait at least 20 minutes. I then realized they can’t even take a bill over $20, even if my order costs more than that. Won’t be back to this location. Have never had an issue at any other locations. Didn’t seem to care with cancelling the order or really concerned with helping me. Seems weird they couldn’t just ring me up at the register. Clearly need better staffing and management, because whoever was behind the counter didn’t seem too concerned either.
