Zero stars. I should have read the other reviews first before ordering from here. Just left this establishment. Ordered a pizza for pick up. Half the toppings were missing when I came to pick it up. I was not informed, I only found out by checking before I drove away. When I brought it back in Johnathan the manager (not sure if that is actually his name as he wasn't wearing a name tag) said "we're out of those toppings". When I suggested that someone should have said something about it when I picked up his response was "not my problem/fault, it's whoever you ordered froms fault". I ordered it online though the Pizza Hut website. The pizza was missing mushrooms, tomatoes and bacon. I gave the pizza back and asked for a refund. He said it would be 3 days and be back on my card and just walked away. I had to ask an employee to have him come back so I could get a receipt for the refund. I got a hand written note for the refund? You've got to be kidding me. I have never had such rude and poor customer service in my life. Unacceptable for any employee much less a manager. I wonder how many other customers are missing toppings today.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION!!We order a pizza box and wings. We received uncooked inedible food and brownies instead of wings. The brownies are hard as rocks. When I called to get a refund and return the food. GM Mathew gave me the wrong number to Corporate because he can’t give refunds in store. I’ve talk to three people and still haven’t received a refund. Now I’m currently answering questions for a dispute ticket with customer service for a refund. The agent is saying he has to send the dispute ticket to upper management to look over to issue a refund. Smh!

You order for curbside and they never bring it to you to the car, even if you notify them you’re there. 0/3 times have they done so. It seems they wait for you to come inside so they don’t have to go outside. If you don’t want to work, stay home or do your job. If the food is done then bring out it.

I love Pizza Hut, but this place always drops the ball. Late pizza deliveries, incorrect orders, and most recently we ordered pizza and cinnamon rolls (which pizza broke coming out the over, and the rolls burnt…). When you try calling it connects you to someone out of the country.

We ordered at 5:15, delivery arrived at 5:52. Realized that one of the pizzas was not in the box, just breadsticks. Called and was advised they had our pizza and the manager advised he was sending the order out with a driver, should arrive in 15 minutes. An hour later called and spoke to the manager again, he apologized stating he didn’t get my number when I called earlier so he couldn’t call back to let me know he didn’t have my address. When I asked if he had no idea who I was how could he have been sure that he had my order, he said he spoke too soon. Gave contact information and he advised he would be sending it out ASAP. An hour later, still no delivery. After calling the store 5 times with no answer, called corporate. They advised to call the local store. Spoke with Christian who said that the pizza was there, he didn’t have a driver available. Advised he could give me a $20 credit to use on our next order since the wait would be a long time. At this point, it was 8:20, over three hours since we ordered. I told him I didn’t want a credit, I would like a refund and that the lack of customer service was appalling. He then advised I would need to contact corporate. 10 minutes after getting off the call I received a text that my order was being delivered, expected delivery time was 9:35. I have never experienced such terrible customer service. The runaround, the transfer of calls, the lack of answering a business phone during business hours, was mind boggling to me. The worst part, the attitude of management is that they are being annoyed with the calls, and not caring AT ALL about the issue. Needless to say no ordering from there anytime soon, still getting runaround from corporate.

My grandson ordered me a pizza for dinner. I ordered a large cheese pizza and a pepperoni calzone correctly. Upon arriving home , to the frustration of my little grandson, the pizza was made of pepperoni and the cheese calzone. I hope the order is redone and delivered to my home.Parking: Good localization

This review should be zero stars!!! Never order food from here!! My family and I ordered over $60 in food and after 2 1/2 hrs and a dozen times being transferred and no one answering at the store I finally got a manager at the call center to cancel our order, so we will see if the district manager will call back. Pizza Hut should be ashamed of this location. ???

Factory not a restaurant. Phone in order was not correctly prepared. Waited for a replacement to be made, meanwhile the ordered side got cold. Did end up with two pizzas a little constellation for a half hour wait.

I ordered a pizza online something glitched did I called to try and get it fixed. Boone would answer. When they finally did they didn’t hang the phone up. I won’t say what I heard while they thought the phone was off it’s too trashy. Then finally I got ahold of someone higher up and they sent me a pizza that glitched off my order. Which was great! I appreciate that. However when my order was delivered it looked like it was tossed around and I would not let my kids eat it. Management was not helpful I’ve escalated the issue to corporate. The best option they had was an instore credit. No thanks I’ll never be ordering again. And I will let my family up here know what happened and have them pass the word on as well. Photos of how my pizza arrived! Unreal! I will also never tip until my order arrives and is checked because for this I would not have tipped!

Honestly a mixed review. The pizza we ordered was perfect. Cheese stuffed crust was cooked to perfection. We dined in, unfortunately the restaurant was a mess and absolutely FREEZING!!
