I'm so annoyed.I went in tonight for a drink and I told the girl I wanted a green tea with lavender in it. She said "do you just want a London fog then?"Whaaaattttt. HOW do you go from "green tea" to "London fog"??!?!I said "no, just give me the green tea with the lavender."She gave me a London fog anyway.There is a woman on the day shift that is always a pleasure to see but the teens and younger staff are really bad at customer service and apparently listening. The last time I went in the evening I got ignored by the staff for 10 mins before I just left. This is going to go back to being an occasional stop and I won't go in the evening anymore. I can't believe I paid money for a drink I clarified I didn't want.

Bought a few bags of tea. Best tea ever. Good taste. Quiet nights definitely better than any sleeping pill. Love the rooi(red)bos in foxtrot(i am from South Africa and love my rooibos/honeybusch tea. Also bought Moroccan mint and lemongrass. Would love to come and drink something sweet indoor.

Thai milk tea was tasty but the cup was so full of ice that after a few sips it was gone. Could have easily done with half the amount of ice.

I thought the service was good but I was very disappointed that they did not have dairy milk. Plant milks are fine for some, but you should accommodate customers who don’t want to consume processed beverages. I was confused when they told me they didn’t have animal milk but a little appalled when they gave me some sass about dairy milk being wasteful for them to offer.

Also, ambiance would fit having kids - and fun sprinkle drinks!

Visiting Sencha Tea Bar in Woodbury was my first tea bar experience. I am somewhat of a tea connoisseur so I was impressed with the extensive selection. I honestly thought I would be drinking bubble tea—which I’ve never able to take a close look at the enormous selection, as in hundreds. I was more than impressed. The staff person was very personable as well as knowledgeable about hot teas. She liked my choice of a raspberry white tea. It was brewed to perfection and was very smooth.I thought the location was very easy to find. It seemed like there was a steady flow of customers keeping this establishment busy. It’s definitely kid-friendly. I didn’t take advantage of the outdoor seating as it was a chilly fall morning. But I can definitely see myself working remotely from their patio in the summer.I had a good experience. The customer service was helpful and quite friendly. Who knows I might have to give bubble tea a try eventually. Thank you for the great experience. See you next time! Five star rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The best tea I've ever had! We have been going here for three years and have had an awesome experience each time! The service is great! Some of my favorites are: Black velvet which has a hint of licorice. & Chestnut I prefer the hot teas with three creams and three sugars

Whenever my boyfriend and I come to MN to visit my family, we ALWAYS stop at Sencha to get bubble tea and it's amazing every time. Very nice service, and the tea is delicious. The boba is perfect everytime we come.
