Since I travel, I drink Starbucks all overI gave it a 3 but the two rating for this one is pretty accurate The manager was sitting behind me, and as I was leaving, I said, did you know you have a two rating here? He said yes it's been tough. I said it's probably because you make the drinks wrong. They made mine incorrectly. About a month ago we were in the area, we always stopped at this Starbucks for coffee or refreshers. The barista at the drive thru was very rude. I had to repeat my order twice when my friends heard me say it clearly and slowly the first time. When my friend ordered her drink, she very rudely told her they were out of pumpkin spice so she ordered a refresher instead, then our 3rd friend ordered her refresher.
