Waited 20 minutes for our in store order. People that ordered well after us got their drinks. Had to go up and ask where it was, got told it was "next in line". Having to wait 25 minutes while they serve endless drive up people seems like they have a priority problem. Not like I got a discount for being in the in store line. Will not be returning to this location.

Dirtiest place I’ve been. Filthy bathrooms. Black sink in tne bathroom. Toilet paper not in holder. Tables sticky. The bathroom is worst than a gas station bathroom. Disgusting.

Tried an a new drink I saw from TikTok and they were very helpful!
Asked for a mocha frappe and received a cookie crumble which was too sweet. The worst part is I was the only customer before close. When I realized it was wrong they were closed up
