Literally the worst service I have ever seen. I was the only customer in the store and the worker ignored me and made a 3 sub online order ahead of me. I waited patiently, thinking he would take my order when he was done, but after he finished the online order, he just started focusing on taking bread out of the freezer instead of helping the customer standing right in front of him. Not once did he ever speak one word to me or even look at me this whole time. I just walked out after that. If I were Subway, I would terminate this employee immediately. He isn't even the first rude employee I have dealt with at this location, but he definitely takes the cake.

Mickeleh-(hope I spelled right) took our order and went above and beyond a complete gentleman and would go back to this location again. He was so nice to myself and my daughter. Delicious subs! :)

HORRIBLE customer service. Went in with good spirits with my family. Ended up leaving with one of the employees cussing at us out the door. My 4 year old son got the worst of the language. If you don't like your job, do something else.This happened on 04/08/23. 6 pm. Find better people management.

I would rate this particular Subway negative 3, but it doesn't give me the option!Was the worst customer service experience I have experienced in the past year regarding any food or retail stores.They only filled 1/2 my order, and said the only way to fix it, was to inconvenience me even more. Said the only way this could be fixed, was that i needed to make a return trip to get the rest of my order. I asked for them to refund to my card the missing portion of my order, they said no.I requested to speak to a manager, said they were unavailable & if I had problem it would have to be worked it out with the person I was already speaking to. I then requested for the manager to contact me when they were available, that was almost a week ago.

Ordering experience and customer service could have been better. I called 2 different subways to make the order for an office lunch. I did make the order online, that was fairly easy. I did appreciate that the 12” subs came all split into 6” subs and they were labeled.

Trash store, crabby employees rush you out the door and question what you order!! Oh Also, I should add, if you are a vegetarian never ever eat here!! I messed up and asked for the wrong sandwich. The guy picked the onion and green pepper off the steak and threw it back in with the other green pepper and onion!

One of the best Subway experiences I've ever had. The 2 sandwich artists made some incredible sandwiches and was the fastest and most thorough service I've had. They both deserve a raise with how efficient they were.

Laylay and Damon are wonderful. They had me laughing and feeling great about my decision to stop at Subway. My sandwiches came out perfect and the shop was super clean. These two behind the counter made the experience for me. I walked in knowing what type of sandwiches I wanted, I walked out knowing that Laylay and Damon validated my choice to stop in.I hope you get to meet them when you stop by. You'll walk out smiling knowing they cared about your order.
