Please GM see this and reward employee. I'm leaving a review because they have an oustanding staff named Kong who works here. I hardly eat out, but I came in one day and he was the only employee and the place was exceptionally clean, and when he made my sandwhich it was with LOVE. So orderly, put together well, and 100% accommodated to what I wanted. He was really easy to talk with and made it a genuinely pleasant interaction. You can tell this staff named KONG is 100% integral and in his words "it has to be the quality i would serve myself and family." I came back the next day and he made me a good sandwhich again. I think it's important to acknowledging nice and hard working. The survey on yhe receipt didn't work for me. So here's what I would have shared instead.

They say they slice there meat on sight but I don’t know that because they still take the meat from the trays in front of you, so as far as I see is the slicer is sitting there for show. I’m not a believer of the slicing on sight so that’s why they get three

The Worker known by Ava at this location will use the same knife to cut multiple sandwiches no matter the condiments left on it. When I confronted the manager she was extremely helpful and talked to me. Upon confirming they should not use the same knife to cut each sandwich I pointed out which worker was doing it. The worker Ava immediately raised a middle finger to me. This is completely unacceptable for a worker to do towards a paying customer in any sense.

Awful customer service. Team of 4 employees were working on an online order. We were standing there for 3 minutes with no acknowledgment that we existed. Left without ordering.

Hi so they did not get my sandwich right and the only thing they got right is the ham and lettuce.but I ordered ham lettuce cheese and they put on Green peppers onions cucumbers spinach no cheese at all

Ordered 3 sandwiches and a bowl to be delivered, received 2 sandwiches and the protein bowl. On closer inspection the protein bowl was the wrong item. Called the store, told no Italian bread!!! Had to order on a different bread, 20 minutes later the manager made the missing sandwich and delivered it. Great save..

I love their steak and cheese sandwich. I have ordered it online multiple times using the deals they sent me. Each time, it's ready to go by the time I got there and it's always delicious!
