One of the nicest subways I’ve been to. This location was very clean and the staff were amazing. I did a catering order for a birthday party an everyone said it was the most fresh well made subway they have ever had. I would highly recommend this subway location to anyone a will be returning for some more great food!

Went in got a Philly and Monster sub, ask if I can add lettuces,tomatoes and jalapeños. The girl got mad and says she would like to know ahead of time or she will just make the subs as is on the menus. Honestly wouldn't make a difference before or after. The music was loud or she was being rude and not hearing me.

Went to order a sub as I was pretty hungry, as I walk in there wasn't any customer or staff to be seen. About 2 minutes later a staff came out and seem piss while talking on the phone with his earbud in his ear. I ask him if he could microwave the sub instead of toasting it and he smack his lip and slam the microwave door after putting the sub in. Got the sub and left. Won't be coming into this subway anymore as I didn't feel welcome.

Why is that poor guy forever working alone? Hope he's at least making 2 paychecks for doing a 2-3 person job, constantly moving and rushing no time to breathe, always a line of people but he gets it done. Definitely deserves a raise.

First time getting a sandwich here and the service was great! As my sister and I were waiting in line, we heard the Subway staff member try her best to help someone order as their first language was not English. She did such an amazing job. Then she helped the next customer and provided kind greetings with “sir or ma’am”, which was beyond refreshing to hear. The staff members name was Mikayla and she stood out with her top tier service and kindness. Give this woman a raise!

I was at Woodbury Walmart/Subway I was having a little bit of a hard time ordering 3 separate sandwiches... well I wasn't going fast enough for the girl employee and she said can you hurry up I'm the only one here today and it has been very busy and I have alot of work to do! I told her I'm a customer and she shouldn't be talking like that to me. I also asked if they still have the sweet onion sauce ( every other one I have gone to got rid of it) and she said yes we have it, it's sweet onion teriyaki. I said NO that's not it, and she insisted that this is the only onion sauce they have had for 6 yrs. I asked her to put a sample on a napkin or something so I could see it, she gave me a annoying grunt. I did have her put it on my daughter's sandwich and it is NOT the original SWEET ONION SAUCE. So tell your employees they are wrong and also tell subway to bring back the SWEET ONION SAUCE.I DON'T LIKE THE SWEET ONION TERIYAKI that they replaced it with!!!!!!

Went to subway in Woodbury Walmart. The girl working was talking to a friend for 15 minutes while she made me wait. After 15 minutes when she got done, I told her she had bad customer service, she told me to go across the street to another subway. I asked for the manager, she told me she was the manager. So I left the store NEVER to return. Thanks subway for such a bad experience!

Why do you only have 1 person working on a Sunday at 1230..lunch time! Waiting for 30 minutes to even order

Only one person working Friday at lunch and she never faltered, was still friendly, apologized for the wait, and made a great sandwhich.
