Burger was under cooked even though I asked for it to be fully cooked the fries where soggy when we got our order waitress was nice but it took an hour to get a table and then another hour to get our food not to mention our table was a booth and a mini table pushed together with 2 random chairs

It was my first time there. The food was good, the service was very good, fun atmosphere, but it was VERY noisy! The staff was friendly. I'll go back.
We waited over an hour after checking in online. While waiting we watched one of the hosts dab her weeping eye with a tissue. This went on for the entire wait. Never stopping to wash hands. Proceeded to seat us (oh and handle our rolls and butter) and then return a minute later telling us we need to move. Fine I can deal with the move. The level of hygiene training at this place needs serious attention. I watched a server with long hair and beard deliver a tray with mashed potatoes, his hair was so long it was dragging through the potatoes. Several servers have this long 70’s haircut, constantly running hands through their hair and touching their faces. Wear hairnets or get haircuts. This is a training issue. Staff also needs to learn to allow guests to walk before staff. If you choose to dine here be prepared to eat hair and get pink eye. First and last time dining here. Food was mediocre and came quickly. Can’t imagine what the folks in the back are doing with hygiene.

Estimated wait time said 45-55 minutes. Waited an hour and 10 minutes before we got seated. Took us to the back of the restaurant and sat us. Hostess asked us to get up because we were at the wrong table. She walked us back to the hostess stand to figure out what table we should be at. Service was slow and food was ok. Lots of waiters with long hair and long beards… really gross while serving people food. Would definitely not go back.

Brianna our server, surprisingly did not know the different ways of how steak can be cooked. I asked medium and she kept asking, you mean medium well? No, medium. It goes Rare, medium rare, medium, medium well, and well done.She also spoke really fast and stumbled over her words, she would turn around and leave the the table before we were done talking, also noticed her eyes were EXTREMELY dilated...and she disappeared for long periods of times and other workers were running stuff not only for us but for some of her other tables..dont know what the policies for drug testing here are but it wasn't weed that's for sure

Me and my friend Chris got seated at approximately 11:45 and we waited for about 25 minutes. As soon as we sat down our server got us some delicious rolls and we proceeded to eat them and waited about 45 minutes before she came back and got us some more and asked about what we were going to order. She was being kind of rude and difficult when we were ordering and she brought us some rolls while we were waiting for our food. We proceeded to eat these rolls because we were told by the website the rolls are unlimited which enticed us to come and eat at this “fine” establishment. We waited a solid 20-30 minutes for our food to arrive without her even asking if we wanted more rolls. After we were served our food our server still did not offer us any rolls. We had to ask her for more rolls and she proceeded to bring us 4 rolls in a to go box and the check. We were pretty obviously wanting some rolls at that point and this gesture made it really hard to enjoy our time there. It was very evidently not busy so the reason for our lackluster service is unknown to me. I don’t know how such a bad experience could have happened but something needs to be done. I wanted to bring my friend to a great place for the first time and he did not have a great experience and I don’t think we will be coming back anytime soon. Our server was Olivia.

I heard about Texas Roadhouse’s unlimited rolls policy and was intrigued; it was a major reason for choosing this establishment. When I was first seated our server gave us one basket of rolls. These rolls were delicious, and were promptly devoured. So our server returned and retrieved the empty basket, and provided us with another. However, unknown to me at the time, this would be our last. We waited with our empty basket and drinks for a solid 20 minutes before our server even considered returning to our table(she was in our vicinity seemingly not busy, even looking to our table at time). When she did finally return it was without rolls. She simply took the empty basket and would not be seen for another 45 minutes(I started a stopwatch). Throughout this time we were completely and utterly roll-less. Eventually our entre came and she swiftly left without providing an opportunity to ask for more rolls. She again would not return for a solid 40 minutes, at which point we finally were able to have hope for any more rolls. We asked for another basket. She would AGAIN take 25 minutes to bring us 4 rolls in a to-go box along with our check. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with Texas Roadhouse and their lack of delivery on their promises. It's always a good fun time for the family. Since it is not a quiet atmosphere, the pressure to keep kids quiet is little to none. My daughter loves the crew dance breaks and also the bread and cinnamon butter. Everytime I have been there, servers have been attentive and I've never been left waiting for someone to come around so I can ask for a straw or something.

Just came back from dinner there. The waitress was really nice and attentive and the environment was pleasant. The buns with the cinnamon butter were delicious while we waited, which was a long 45 min wait. Unfortunately, 3/4 of the bone in ribeye was essentially raw where I'd asked for medium. My sister's was medium well where she'd asked for medium, but she could finish it.After the long wait it was an unfortunate thing to see the inconsistencies. The waitress did say they could've remade it but after the long wait it wasn't realistic
