Pizzas were overcooked, hardly any cheese (even paid for extra cheese). The lack of cheese and sauce caused the pizzas to be dry. I called to see if I could have new pizzas sent or a credit, and the employee who answered said no, so I asked for a manager. When he came to the phone, he was rude and unprofessional from the start. I told him my issue and he told me to call 1 800 Domino's and hung up on me. Terrible pizza and Hurindous service!Not even a 1 star..

I usually go to the Lemay Ferry location, but the app wasn't letting me order from Lemay so I decided to give the Gravois store a shot. I won't make that mistake again. App said pizza was done when I arrived, but it wasn't. Had to wait an additional 10min. Then the pizza was not cut fully. The crust had no garlic & herb on it and somehow the pizza was cold. Will never go to this location again.

Wow first time here. Never going back. Parked in the back. Came out and was blocked in by delivery driver (no signage saying not to park in the parking space I was in) asked her to ask the driver to move so I could leave. She starts lecturing me about how it was my fault very rudely and just leaves. I go in and explain and guy comes out and starts lecturing me also. I just want to leave with hot food. This could have been handled much better by the staff. Put up some signs or don’t block cars in. Won’t be getting my business again.

The service is RIDICULOUS. I ordered a cheesy bread. I waited in my car until the app said “READY”. I went in and they had not even started making it yet!!! So I pointed that out and they said “the app is not always accurate”. Like what?????Oh and I stood there at the counter and had 3 workers pass in front of me and NOBODY said hello, how can I help you? Or anything. Corporate has to teach these people some manners man!I left one star because I can’t leave a cero stars. ?

I had ordered 2 Medium pizzas and a Garden salad. I was given a bad salad. The lettuce was soft and welted. I called the store for a refund and I was told that since the salads come from a shipping truck they would not give me a refund. I was told to call Corporate because it was a Dominos issue. I stated that they were the ones who filled the order so they should have caught that the salad was bad. Their excuse was they were busy and they don’t have time to look at all the salads that are being ordered. The supposedly manager hung up on me…unbelievable. Never going back again

I noticed that the pizza that he flipped was folded over, due to a poor landing of the pizza. Yet he just folded the pizza back to the correct position. I ordered 2 pizzas and stuffed garlic bread, spent $29. Half of the pizzas were without any toppings, I am thinking that he may have been flipping all of the pizzas that night. The other half of the toppings basically were on the side of the pizza crust. I will give this location one more try, but if this happens again… I am done buying from them.
