Kevin and Chloe are two of the most kind and patient Starbucks team members I have ever met. Kevin helped me out with a special pour over for my mom who is pretty sick in the hospital. I will NEVER forget Kevin.

These employees need to go back for training. One guy was literally changing trash bags for 5 minutes while they were behind on orders by 10+ minutes. The manager couldn’t even speak up and direct his own staff. An absolute joke of a store!

The drink was good but no one makes a drink like my x-barista sista. She knew how to mix in the syrup before you add ice so it mixes in. But, I ask for 3 or 4 shots blonde espresso with same # pumps white mocha splash of cream and light ice in a grande cup, it won't be full, but it's usually cheaper and not too much milk. Strong drink.

Came here last weekend, waiting over an hour for 2 simple teas. Once you are in the drive through there is no way to get out. They were not apologetic, and the trip made me late to other things I had scheduled for the day. Decided to give it another try this weekend, but went inside this time. Waited 25 minutes for a tea that is supposed to be made with water and lemonade. After leaving I noticed that the drink was for some reason containing milk. We returned the drinks to a rude response from the cashier. As she tried to tell us that our milky white drink was “lemonade”. I have had this drink plenty of times and it has never looked or tasted this way. They agreed to remake the drinks, in which we waited another 25 minutes for the remake. Needless to say I will not be returning to this Starbucks.

I stupidly missed the order screen while in the drive thru and the line was super long and I couldn’t get out. I called and explained and asked if I could order over the phone or at the window since I was stuck in line and it had been 15 minutes already. I was told no, I would have to wait in line and then go around and get in line again. Ordering online was not an option either. I just can’t believe the lack of customer service.

The young SweetMan that works there dresses very well.Is amazing? I highly recommend this Starbucks. I was having a bad day. I was sitting a dry through my phone. Kept dying so I couldn't get my Google Pay to work. And he bought my drijust that little kind act. Change my entire day and just shows that there's still is good in this world to the young man that dressed very nicely. Thank you so much.

Workers are always super nice! I'll say be prepared to wait in drive through line. But i've never had my order messed up and zero problems. This location cannot help their staffing issues which is what half of these reviews are about

I have given this location oh so many chances; and they continue to disappoint. Continuous turnover of employees, so they can't ever staff it to be able to take on the volume. Even turning off the mobile order option most days, they can't keep track of the orders. You're honestly better off waiting in the 30 min drive thru line sticking out into traffic than going inside.Went inside, and the one person taking care of "cafe" orders kept getting sidetracked, messed up a few orders between hot version and iced or frap version. In the midst of that, they completely forgot my order. When I finally grabbed the one who was actually on drive thru, I got a drink that wasn't filled and was more creme than cold brew. You're better off driving another 10 minutes to a few other Starbucks. Total waste of time and money.

Wow!! Never have I ever had to wait over an hour for an online app order!! I really think they need to remove online order placements if they are under staffed or can’t keep up. There was obviously no process in filling orders either. People in store were getting one drink and waiting over 30 minutes for their others. It was a mess.

The district manager Megan is a very toxic “leader”, she’s the reason you’ll notice many stores in the area are closed quite often bc no one wants to work for her. Starbucks is going in a very bad direction. It’s a shame they allow this type of person to lead people she has no idea what she’s doing and doesn’t treat people like human beings but more like robots.
