I was watching the show, food that built America. It was about the history of Arby's. So now craving a roast beef sandwich, I went to the Arby's in Arnold. I was absolutely not disappointed. The sandwich was great and the service was fantastic.

When we got our sandwiches one set had sauce on it when was asked for pain sandwiches. Got new sandwiches and they instead of sauce had cheese. What part of plain was hard to understand?? We also asked for combos for our meals. We paid for everything separately as they did not make anything a combo. Terrible service for the third time. Never going back. The last two times got a French dip and they didn’t even put the damn dipping sauce for the French dip. The whole point of the French dip. Food is good but don’t go here.

When in the other day because I got a coupon for the when in the other day because I got a coupon for the 2 for 8 double meat. When I got it the bottom one has been like it was soaked in Arby's sauce I don't think I've ever had a double meat Arby's that was soaked in Arby's sauce.

Before handed started, toplace an order on the website for the exact food I ordered in the drive thru it was $3 less. I asked the clerk about it, he said they had a recent price increase. Why wouldn't it reflect the same price online as at the store???

To the gift of a man at the drive thru window, who upon my answer of "as many as you feel comfortable giving me and then add a few more" to the question of how many honey mustard packets I wanted, laughed and then gave me enough packets to fill my soul...thank you. This was a great meal tonight.
