There’s only two guarantees in life. Time doesn’t stop, and your order from the Arnold Burger King will be wrong. I don’t know why they keep hiring people that can’t figure out how to use the register.

I will never go back to this location again. Cashiers are confused they let your food sit in the bag by the window when they could have handed it to me. When I did finally get it my order was missing a plain bacon cheeseburger. They told me to pull forward and someone will bring it out. After waiting 10 min I went inside and asked where my food was the manager was getting burn cream for her fingers applying it next to the food warmer. She flung the burn cream on the ground and added her bandaids. The food warmer was packed with food orders. All the other employees were just staring at her and not giving people there food. One of the guys asked me what I was waiting on and asked the cook to make it. He handed him the burger and the worker asked if it was a bacon cheeseburger plain and he said oh let me add bacon. Finally got the burger. I spent 30 min waiting for food. By the time I got home 7min away my food was soggy cold and disgusting. The bacon cheeseburger I was waiting on wasn’t even a plain bacon cheeseburger.I understand places get busy during dinner time but if everyone is standing around doing nothing and a bunch of food is just sitting in a window and the workers have no idea what food is there, no excuses.

The only way to deal with these zenial woke people is to order food for no more than 2 people and always pay cash then when you get to the next window if they tell you to park .tell them the food or a refund and tell them your not moving away from the window till you get a refund or your food if they tell you there calling arnold police tell them go ahead because if they do that there creating a false police report at this point you have not broken any laws and if this is to much quit going to fast food joints..

I think this location has got my order for one burger and a small fry right twice, all others total disaster. Spend more that $10 your order will be messed up it seems. Even if you order online with plenty of time to make. Will still mess it up. Even to make things better... My wife this Sunday picked up an online order (sould have been ready) NOPE not ready. "Please, pull forward" ... Staff laugh and giggling between the staff. Frosty machine acting up... I get it. And half my order i spent $50 on is wrong that I can't even call to complain. Rings and rings. I got ahold of someone finally, asked for their district managers number or upper management management when I knew damn well this is a WinAmerica company that franchises this BK. He gave me a phone number that goes no where. Really want Win America to contact me and watch your spending at that location. I'm sure you had similar experiences.

Small fries were cold, so I asked for a refund. $2.84 Refund given, but no apology. Bacon cheeseburgers were okay. Made fresh but swimming in ketchup.

Stay away from this location if you see more than 2 cars in line. They don't know how to manage getting food to folks when there's more than 1 or 2 cars to deal with. Every car that comes through they will tell you to pull off to the side. You will watch others that come after you drive away with their orders while your food gets brought out and isn't even warm. Clearly it's been sitting out and they can't manage the order of cars coming through.

Omgosh, where do I begin? This whole experience was a nightmare. I stood at the counter and waited patiently for my mobile order. Finally a lady who looked like she was the manager turned around and rolled her eyes at me and I said politely, I have a mobile order. She rolled her eyes again at me, grab my bag that was in the warmer and set it on the counter far away from where I was standing and I said politely I get a large soda with that she didn’t believe me so she flipped my receipt around and seen that I did have a large soda coming to me. so that was very rude of her. I grabbed my bag and made my soda while I was waiting for 2 mini cups of spicy glaze that comes on spicy chicken sandwich. I finally left the restaurant and went home, which takes 5 to 7 minutes to get home. When I got home fries and chicken fries were cold. So I put those in my air fryer for three minutes and I open my spicy chicken sandwich to look at that, to see if it was made right. I have them make it special for me.. It was a spicy chicken sandwich… where was the spicy on the sandwich? It was a regular chicken sandwich with onions and royal sauce. Which I asked for extra, yeah they refuse to do that correctly. I may be a picky ordered, i’m always kind to the staff member and I tip well if I go to a restaurant. I don’t ask for too much. So I decided to call today to speak to the Day manager, I told her the story of what happened yesterday and she said “ ma’am, I am so sorry. I believe you are describing me“.. I think she felt like a shoe, but I didn’t know speaking to her, I thought I was speaking to her, I thought I was speaking to one of her superiors, which I had ultimately wanted to do. I wanted to let them know what type of managers they have working for them. Snotty. Well the manager, I won’t say her name, apologized again and offer a free meal ticket to come in the mail. I may just give this meal ticket away. Because I don’t know if I want to visit that particular Burger King again. This one put a really bad taste in my mouth. She was rude and treated me like I was less than her. I may still speak to superior of her to let them know what happened. I will get back to you if I decide to call about her!Vegetarian options: They have the impossible burger. I don’t know what that means, but I’m pretty sure it’s not real meat! Lol

Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru only to be told to park by the tree stump & my order of fries will be brought out to me. I was going to be the 5th car from the drive thru waiting for their food in parking spots. I would've been better off placing my order with the tree stump.
