Overall a great grocery store/chain. A bit expensive, but good sales, too. The ribs they make/smoke are outstanding. Staff are friendly. Great fresh bread. Great fish choices at the deli. Great meat options at the deli. Love the rotisserie turkey. The discounted meat section has great deals. This store has unique items.

I worked at this chain and I dislike this store. I try not to shop here but today I did and a man training a cashier on how to clean registers was staring at me the whole time I checked out. It made me so uncomfortable that I waited in the car while my husband finished. I don’t want anyone to contact me or reply to this. I say this because I have spoken to several managers at the store about the fact that the music is unbearably loud but apparently they just don’t care. Also, I find it hilarious how Dierbergs brags about how great they treat thier associates when they truly don’t, and it shows because they have a hiring fair every month of the year.

I was at Dierbergs in arnold this evening and lost my wallet. I called Dierbergs in a panic and was told no one had turned it in yet. about 30 mins later I got a call that an employee Named Trent went out for his break and found it for me. I am incredibly appreciative of him especially this holiday season. so thank you very much Trent and I wish there was something I could do to repay you. Way to go Dierbergs for hiring such compassionate workers!!

It's the only place we get our family Thanksgiving turkey with diodes, told and sweet butter. We also always get a ham, sliced with sides, rolls,and sweet butter spread. They are so delicious that our family doesn't even know it's from Dierbergs until we tell them. The price is definitely worth every penny.

Diane C (manager) highly unprofessional and missed several opportunities to use customer service skills she needs especially in times like these. I was a frequent shopper at this store. When asked for Ray (GM) was told in a conference call/meeting which is acceptable but when I called for him later I was hung up on.

Love Dierbergs. Friendly and helpful staff. Fresh produce, first class deli clerks serving great lunch on meats and tasty sides & salads. Terrific meat, bakery, and all other departments. Always find what I need at Dierbergs, and with a smile!

I had to use Dierbergs Arnold pharmacy for pain meds for my husband. We tried CVS and Walgreens for the medicine and they didn’t have it. I was unfamiliar with the drive through at Dierbergs. I used the drive through service and it was painless. The pharmacy filled the prescription and sent it out quickly and without a problem. I will definitely use this service again. Thank you!

I had to pick up some important medicine for my husband. We usually use CVS pharmacy. They didn't have the medication. We ordered it from Arnold Dierbergs pharmacy. I had NO wait at all. I drove up to the drive through pickup and it was fast and easy Thank you Dierbergs.
Clean, love going to the fish market and having them cook it there. Very friendly and fresh, price compared to others is higher but you definitely have a better atmosphere.

One could only wish that they could have a Dierbergs within 10 minutes of their home! Fruits and vegetables are so fresh and beautiful! As you can tell ~ photogenic as well!. Not to mention freshly prepared on site SHUSHI that is delish to take home for lunch or dinner!
