Ordered my pizzas around 6:15they started making it by 6:30 by 7 it STILL wasn't in the oven I called I got it by 7:30! I had a car side Delevery that didn't happen had to go in & get it! I was right in FRONT OF THE COUNTER was ignored and some lady came in & gave her name from the door & got her order BEFORE ME & I WAS THERE BEFORE HER! Next time I'm going to Imperial! HORABLE SERVICE!

If you are picking up, check the products if they were cooked. Bought three times in two months. The first two were great. But the last one, had to wait for 72 minutes and received an uncooked pizza, the dough was completely white, slimy. It was basically inedible. Made a complaint to the customer service, and their advice was to return it in two hours. No one does that.

Ordered 2 pizzas went to pick them up and only 1 was given to me with other items. I went back to get the other pizza and it wasn't even started. Had to wait 15 minutes for them to make it. They didn't offer a bigger pizza or coupons or it should have been free since they forgot about it. I'll go elsewhere for pizza. I would not recommend anyone to go here.

So disappointed. We’ve always enjoyed great pizza and service from here, never a complaint. Today we ordered one of our pizzas well done, not burnt. Instead we received our entire order burnt and inedible. I tried calling and the manager was so rude to me. She acted like I was at fault, and after so much rudeness from her, she offered me a credit for half of what we spent. I’m at a loss for her customer service skills and how she’s allowed to treat others. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.

Ordering online used to let us select the Imperial location which is always stellar.This location on the other hand is beyond redemption.Last night, we ordered 2 pizzas. The buffalo chicken pizza was missing hot sauce and wasn’t cut.The time before this, the buffalo chicken pizza was also missing hot sauce.The time before that, we ordered a week ahead for a birthday party. I called the location to have it deliverer at 1pm. It finally showed up at 230pm. The store manager just said they were busyI’ve placed these timed orders with several other stores and it’s always been on time.I’ll drive to Imperial for pickup from now on. This store is a complete disaster.

The free pizza is only valid for a week, which we sadly discovered too late. :-/ Oh well.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza is good, according to my wife

Dominoes on Richardson Rd has the best service. Pizza is always fresh and never had any issues there. Employees always seem friendlier also.
Took 3 hours to deliver cold burnt pizza with barely any toppings. My bread bites had absolutely no parmesean. I called the store after an hour and a half wondering were my order was and they said 20 minutes. Another hour and a half it finally showed up. I got online and only got 20%off my next order, and have to use it within 30 days

Worst pizza I've ever had. This place is so inconsistent. A month ago I had the same pizza and it was delicious. The one last night was cold, overcooked, had next to no cheese and limited toppings. I doubt I'll order from them again. The only reason I gave a 1 instead of a zero is because the pasta was good...what there was of it. They've cut down the size so that it doesn't even cover the bottom of the pan it comes in.
