I ordered 45 min ahead to pick up in store for a meeting. Arrived at the restaurant at 7:50, 20 min after my pick up time. Restaurant was locked and the drive thru was around the building. When I called they told me I could get in the drive thru line. When I told them I didn’t have time to wait they had me pull around to a side door. waited 8 more minutes to get them. Not great service!!!

I use to work for this Dunkin and the one on telegraph I know what and how the iced coffe is made and everything in this store so yes if I’m paying for a 4$ coffe everyday and it’s not made right I’m coming back to get it re made and the girl said “we can’t remake it” IM PAYING FOR IT yes you are ? all in all make the employees stir the iced coffe in the bin and it won’t be problem like I have told them before to do and they looked at me like i was stupid I worked there 3 years please don’t make me come inside and do the job for you Coustmers being happy should be your main priority even it makes you make there coffe 3 times before it right they will leave happy and come back the next day ☺️

I have had dogs for years and every coffee shop…including Dunkin Donuts….offers FREE pup cups.For those that do not know pup cups are mini water cups filled with a small amount of whip cream! It’s a small but very sweet gesture!This morning we stopped for 2 coffees, donuts, and asked for 2 pup cups. The lady says “Um we charge for pup cups” Now mind you we have been to this location MANY times but thinking maybe they changed their policy we decided to not fight it and asked how much. $2 A CUP! Last time I checked I could buy an entire can for $2!So today we drove off without pup cups and 2 confused dogs! With the current cost for a cup of coffee, how much are you losing? Well not sure but you have lost all of our future business!Dunkin Donuts located at 900 JeffCo Blvd, Arnold.
Very clean business! Best breakfast egg, bacon and cheese croissants and muffins anywhere around!! I go out of my way just to have one every week! Very good donuts too and reasonable prices! Highly recommend trying a breakfast sandwich!
