Ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel on THEIR APP, they gave me a plain bagel. When I called to tell them they gave me the wrong bagel they told me sometimes “they just do that” when they’re out… didn’t get refunded or anything and paid 3.00 bucks online for a plain bagel, beware you may not get the bagel you order.

Delicious sandwiches, the soup was good and the restaurant was clean. Even though they have kiosks, they still offered to take my order and they were very friendly.

Parking: Plenty of spots divided up between all of the restaurants and stores around here.

They have changed. Cinnamon Crunch bagel hardly has any cinnamon. Green Passion Smoothie has increased in price, decreased by half in size and has mostly ice. They no longer have the large straws and it would not come through a regular one. I had to eat it with a plastic fork. Large pieces of spinach were included. Service was not so friendly.

Went in after a dozen bagels and cream cheese. The employee had them all cut and bagged. Had my beverage. Had stepped aside, waiting for them to finish the order (getting the cream cheeses), the lady in charge of getting my order finished kept helping other customers instead of finishing mine. When asked, politely how much longer do you think it will be(I even asked with a smile, cause you never, EVER! make someone handling your food upset) she snipped, "You are just gonna wait." I had already been waiting 15 minutes, literally. Not that it really matters to this particular store, I'll not ever step foot or spend a dollar in there again. You can bet, I sure will tell everyone I know how the customers are treated and to go to Fenton.

I like the Chicken Noodle soup but $8 for a little cup and a TINY baguette is RIDICULOUS.Also, bread is hard as a rock every single time.We spent $80 and didnt get hardly anything as far as portions. ?

I ordered in advance for order pick up so I could pick up my kids favorites and eat lunch with them at school, after 20 minutes I asked about my order. They thought that it had been lost but they were so backed up my order hadn’t even come up on the screen yet the whole team was working together so hard. I left the food and just went and picked my kids up from school so we could eat together, they gave us extra pastries to make up for everything and wrote such a cute note for us. The food industry is so under staffed and overworked. The service made my day so much better.

$7 for a plain bagel and 2 slices of deli Turkey. That’s what it would cost to have those two ingredients. Absolutely insane. Over priced hospital food. Disappointing.

Just went through the drive thru and ordered the pick 2 mac and cheese with broccoli and a chicken sandwich. The meal cost 14.13 and they couldn't even fill the tiny bowl they gave me for the mac and cheese?! Really Panera?? And you were in my top five favs! What happened?!

It is so cold in here everyday. We come here and spend a lot of money during the week- studying. Everyone I come w/ has to wear two pairs of socks and a coat and we still can't feel our fingers. It's insanely cold inside all the time. I asked them to fix it & they never do anything. So disappointing because we love coming here- but given the winter months and it being freezing inside... we are going to have to relocate.
