The cashier was not friendly at all. The lady that brought the food out was very nice. The food was good until I found a black hair mixed in with my fries….it was all over after that. I just threw it away and left. Probably should have said something but just wanted out of there at that point.

They took my order..completely forgot about me..the 2 customers behind me in line were already eating as they were just putting my fries in the fryer..the manager did reassure me by saying that he had his eye on the situation now..thanks

I am giving this place 1 star, but it deserves 0 stars. When I walked in, there was only 1 person ahead of me and they made me wait about 5 minutes to take my order. A man walked in and order after me, but was served his food before me. I waited 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 1 fry. My large sandwich had almost no meat or sauce on it. The fries looked old and crusty. The restaurant was dirty. The workers seemed to think it was social hour instead of doing their job by making quality food. Very disappointed and will not return.

Incompetent staff. Came in and ordered chicken Philly, came home and got a regular steak Philly, third time this happened. I noticed when waiting for food they were more worried about having some conversation and goofing around then actually paying attention to taking order and making food.Called up and spoke to their ”manager” who happened to be the guy that took my order. I tell him that my order was wrong and he starts arguing that I said cheesesteak not chicken Philly. I tell him I know what I ordered because I order same thing for the last 5 years. His GM needs to give him a refresher on the penn station operations manual, I’m sure it says not to tell customer that he is wrong and just apologize and remake the food.

Food tasted alright but Penn Station has just got too expensive. I got a regular Club, which is only 8”, and was $11! There was probably 1 slice of turkey, 1 slice of ham, and 1 strip of bacon. Will be the last time I get it.. very underwhelming

Let me start off by saying the employees were great. Very nice. Great service. The subs, however, were super tiny. We ordered two 12" subs and one 6" inch. The subs had barely anything of each ingredient on it. Including the meat and cheese. At least they tasted ok. I originally thought they were a good price, but after seeing them, I don't know how people pay for this. They have about a quarter of all the toppings that Subway puts in theirs. They don't look anything close to the pictures posted online. Otherwise, I would have known what to expect. That's a false advertisement. I've eaten here once years ago, and I could have sworn they were a lot bigger. I really don't know what happened. I'll stick with Subway.

The food isn’t the problem, it’s the rude guy who took and made my order. I was nice and friendly, but he was a huge grouch. The BOGO is a great coupon. Will try the Fenton location next time. I try to over look crabby service, but sometimes I just can’t. He also made the order wrong.

So we thought we'd give them another try! Absolutely will not go back to this establishment. Who advertises thick cut bacon on their BLT and doesn't deliver??? Penn Station, that's who!! My husband's sandwich was more like an LT!! If he wanted a salad sandwich, that's what he would have ordered. Sad, we only went there because our last experience was less than average, and they sent us free sandwich cards! No thanks!! Also, when the restaurant is that dead, clean your tables better!!

Used a BOGO coupon and the Dagwood sandwiches were very good. Will try a different sandwich the next time - they all sounded tasty. Didn't care for the French fries - will skip those from now on. It was a very clean restaurant and the employees were friendly and efficient.

My usual place to eat while working in Arnold was closed due to an electrical issue and I had met a friend there. We tried to figure out where else to go and I saw there was a Penn Station. Their cheesesteak is fantastic. We both loved what we ordered and as usual, their lemonade was fantastic!

Had a doordash pickup incident and my food was stolen, management helped resolve my issue for having to wait and my food was super fresh. It was busy in the store so I appreciate them helping me out - good service and delicious food

My turkey sandwich was just an average sub sandwich. The restaurant could be cleaner, but it is still obvious they are hurting for help.
