Pretzels were cold and wet. I think they were old.

Half the time I come here it's closed, during business hours mind you. And it doesn't matter the time of day either. If you do get to go in. The kids who work there are the most miserable looking kids I ever seen. They don't greet you. If you dont like your job, LEAVE! The pretzels are always cold. And there's never any cheese or icing. Since moving to arnold, your company has gone down hill. I used to enjoy coming in and being greeted by friendly people. Now I'm just greeters by the misery of teenage youth.

Cold pretzels every time I've been. Room temperature pretzels that are plain aren't terrible, but the cold parmesan garlic had me questioning the safety and couldn't eat them.

I've been there four times. The first two were GREAT. The lady at the counter was older and the guy cooking was, too. The last two times, younger kids cooking and at the counter. When the younger kids are there, the quality control isn't. My pretzel wrapped brat was a brat in dough. It's bad. I got video. It's bad enough, AI will NEVER go back. Hopefully they see this review and fix their food. It's good when it's edible. BTW, fourth time, brat wasn't cooked either, pink. At least my dogs ate well.BTW, avoid the jalapeño cheese. I'm not sure if the cheese is rancid or the jalapeños are canned, but it's bad, that happened three out of my four visits.

I have been here a couple of times and always try something new. I've never been overly impressed but it's been okay every time I've gone. Today was the exception.... I ordered one of the brat pretzels and it wasn't cooked all the way. I hate to talk poorly on any business but when the food is not even consumable there's an issue. Of course I didn't notice until I was home. The pretzel dough on the inside was wet and raw and the whole thing went in the trash. Kind of a shame after spending 4.25 for one item. The girl at the counter was nice but seemed very unenthusiastic about her job. Overall I won't be rushing back sadly.

The hours of this location are set at 10am to 6pm. I have been by 5x to try them out and they were CLOSED every single time. I guess if I want to try something from this franchise, I will need to go to Illinois or another location. I've been by the store at different hours and on different days, but it's always dark and deserted looking, so I still haven't had an opportunity to try anything they might have

The pretzels taste great. However, I do not see them being in business long if they continue their current practices. I was trying to call to order a tray for an upcoming event. The phone number on their website said it was out of service. Google has a different number that was also out of service. I then stopped by one evening to place the order. I mentioned to this issue to the worker. At first he said they didn't have a website and couldn't help what Google published. He then went to the back and picked up a flip phone. He said it was a pay by minute phone and was out of minutes. Very weird to me! I then stopped by today to get some pretzels. The door said they were open until 4. However, I was there at 3:40 and they were already closed.

Easily the worst run business I have seen. Open sporadically, closed on odd days. You can't order online and they don't have a working number. On Super Bowl Sunday they had a hand printed sign, "pre-orders only," lol...total joke!

Let me start by saying I am a frequent customer for events and I do like their pretzels HOWEVER customer service is lacking. I tried calling all morning to see about placing an order for a football pretzel for tomorrow- I knew it may be too late- however, their phones were not answering. We also tried the Oakville store and had the same experience (same owners). So I went to the store. They are open. There were 2 very young workers at the register and one older guy at the oven. The place was half lit with lights and had a dirty feel of that makes sense. They had no pretzels and 1 pretzel dog. Good thing I didn't want any today. I asked about placing an order for tomorrow- she said no they were full. I asked if I could just order nuggets for tomorrow and she said no. She said you can try to walk in but we probably won't have anything. I asked if that was why their phones were off and she said yeah everyone would just be calling for orders tomorrow. I said it would be nice if you would just answer and say that or at least you may want to have someone post it on your Facebook page that orders are completely closed for everything. She just looked at me and said nothing. Then the guy at the back yelled to the front in a very smart a** and condescending tone- have a great day. I was so annoyed and the pure arrogance. As I left another customer said that was so rude, I agreed. There loss...pretzel boys took my order including a shaped pretzel and they are always so nice!!! I will never order from pretzel pretzel again. They need to learn how to treat their customers politely and respectfully. I can understand if they are too full for special orders, but I have never seen a place with no product at all and telling people they won't have any the next day either. PLUS the rude tone. Maybe this is why the owners are trying to sell it!!

Ordered pretzel bites, they were chewy, not fresh at all. Told the clerk who insisted they were out of the oven 6 minutes prior. Threw them out and will never go back.

Pretty tasty. I just wish I could find someone outside of the mall doing hot buttery Amish-style pretzels. I like Philly style but of all the pretzel shops in St. Louis, why are they ALL Philly style? The service was good and the prices weren't bad. Just disappointed at ANOTHER Philly style pretzel place. Sigh.
