First time here, appreciate the milk alternative for the latte. Coffee is what you would expect from a decent coffee shop. The food is a pleasant surprise the Cervapi is "FIRE" aka delicious. Other options look good too. Definitely worth a second visit. I had to come back and edit the review after reading other people's comments I have to mention that none of the people that helped me were rude at all.Wheelchair accessibility: From what I can see in this place is pretty accessible

This place is a treasure! Everyone is so kind and you feel very welcome. The food is exceptional and the portions are huge. Everything I have tried here is amazing. You cannot go wrong with anything you choose. Don't miss out on the coffee, the doner kebab, or the cevapi.

Friendly and clean, this place is great! They have the best coffee, crème brûlée cappuccino is my favorite so far ,the food is absolutely delicious too and big portions,. Try it it you won’t be disappointed!!!

I ordered ahead was told 10 to 15 minutes. Walked inside sat there for 45 minutes waiting on one order of cheese pie. One family ahead of me when I walked in the door. No reason I had to sit there for 45 mins waiting for one item. Terrible.

Coffee and desserts were DELICIOUS. Food on the other hand.. not the best in my opinion. Chicken felt rubbery and just off.
Over price establishment. Pizza was burnt, ordered waffle fries but got string fries, and crapes had too much chocolate sauce. Service was extremely slow even though limited number of clients and excessive staff. Coffee was good but over price. Spent over $120.00 for a group of 4 for lunch.

The atmosphere is more like an arcade room with its dark walls, and their coffee prices are on the high end. However the iced latte I ordered was over-the-top delicious! Very smooth and rich, I didn't even have to add syrups or sweeteners!Staff could be a little more outgoing/accommodating.Dietary restrictions: Dairy free milks

The employees were very nice. I discovered them on Facebook where they mention a drive thru. I went to the drive thru where there was no menu. It took awhile for someone to greet me and when I asked to see a menu I was told it was online. I guess they prefer pick ups in the drive thru. I ordered a caramel mocha frappe. They must have used white chocolate syrup (it was almost white) which is not my favorite. It was still good though. I really did not like that they wanted to charge nearly $2 more to pay with card which would have made a 12oz frappe $8 which is too expensive.
