I met a colleague here for a lunch meeting, and I was pleasantly surprised at the variety of seating, how it didn't feel overly crowded even during the lunch rush, and that it was a very convenient location to find, right there in Arnold!I've always appreciated how Qdoba allows for unlimited toppings of all kinds on your burrito, bowl, or tacos.....this location did not disappoint, what a variety! When I'm hankering for this flavor of Mexican cuisine, this is my go-to spot. ??

Meh. Got pickup. Chips given to us as sides were all broken crumbs. My son ordered crunchy taco kids meal with pico. They gave him soft shells with salsa. My quesadilla was quite the mushed up mess and barely toasted. What’s worse? I think they may have forgotten the chicken. I opened a piece of quesadilla sure enough no chicken to be found. I tasted none. To me the kids meals are very small especially when your giving chip crumbs with them. Crumbs left on tables. Walls could use a good painting/scrubbing.

My husband and I visited this location and orderd 3 tacos, a steak Quesadilla, and chips & queso. I asked for guacamole on the side. Amber put a tiny bit in 1 container filling it about a third of the way and when I asked for more she flipped out on me telling me that if I want more I have to pay for it because a couple little cups makes a big cup and the big cup you have to pay for. That doesn't even make sense. You should get guacamole with each entree. She was just about jumping over the counter at me, waving her arms and pointing in my face calling me multiple curse words. We spent $30 on food and we should be able to get a guacamole for my meal, one for the tacos and one for the chips & queso. That would be at least 3 little cups. She partially filled the cup with a tiny scoop and said that was all we get. I asked for her name and she TOTALLY LOAT HER MIND. She was yelling at us and cussing at us and said I always do this to her. I have only seen her there 1 other time and she acted the same way when I asked for guacamole for all of my entrees. She is definitely unstable to say the least. She kicked us out and called the cops on us before I even had been given my food so we were unable to even start eating our food. She said this other lady there with her was her boss Kelsie. I tried asking Kelsie about the whole situation because she was apparently Ambers boss and she refused to answer any questions I had about how much guacamole you get and if you get a little cup with each entree or if you purchase 3 entrees you have to pay for all your guacamole. She said this was all Amber. The whole thing was CRAZY!! I did tell her to F off because she was screaming in my face and all I wanted was guacamole for my meal. Anyway, we will never step foot in a Qdoba again due to this. You should really evaluate her behavior because this is going to be a huge issue when she finally does actually attack a customer wanting guacamole.

Very poor food service ! Please stick to Chipotle! It is so much better for a Mexican fast food place !
Busy place. Nice staff for the most part. Steak pieces can be gristly. New/returned shrimp are tough vs tender, which means they are overcooked or of lower quality. Burritos are huge and great! Rice is good. Vegetables are greasy. Cheese sauce is rich and yummy, but certainly not good for you. Clean location. Chips are thin and fresh. Good place to go to if in a hurry to eat a quick meal. Will stick to chicken next time. I’m giving the food a 4/5 vs 3/5, because this is a fast food place and they put forth a great effort in trying to provide a decent meal.

The food tasted great. It was very fast. My only complaint is that everyone was still hungry after we finished. My 7yr old ate the entire burrito and was still hungry. For a $12 burrito she should have been stuffed with leftovers.
