“I ordered in advance for order pick up so I could pick up my kids favorites and eat lunch with them at school, after 20 minutes I asked about my order. They thought that it had been lost but they were so backed up my order hadn’t even come up on the screen yet the whole team was working together so hard. I left the food and just went and picked my kids up from school so we could eat together, they gave us extra pastries to make up for everything and wrote such a cute note for us. The food industry is so under staffed and overworked. The service made my day so much better.“

“Wow! First off, this was my first actual experience of Bosnian cuisine. Many of our office rank Taste of Bosnia as the BEST in the area and they definitely set the bar!As a group, we ordered the Sarme (cabbage rolls), Mjesano Meso (meat platter), Buffalo Chicken, Kupus salata (cabbage salad) & Jahnija (stew).Everyone devoured their food. I had the cabbage rolls, and they are delectable! Filled with a finely minced meat, saurkraut then covered in a sauce, I was blown away by the balance of flavors. The thick & moist scoop of mashed potatoes was perfect to mix with the meal.All meals came with thick, fresh bread which was a nice treat & sour cream to spread on it.The restaurant was sparking clean with a warm, welcoming interior. I was surprised to find out the restaurant isn't brand new, as every single space is immaculate and well decorated.The service was excellent as well. The lady at the counter was super polite asking if I've been here before, then welcomed me as a guest.I cannot wait to try the whole menu. If you want authentic Bosnian cuisine, then this is an absolute must. “Especiallly pleased with service and atmosphere. You can actually have a conversation without shouting! Love the soups. Also pleased that they were willing to accommodate a dietary request. Food is always well prepared and served hot. I've ordered a variety of dishes over time and never been disappointed. Definitely would frequent more often if the price point were a bit lower, but, in general, they are in line with most other fine restaurants. I consider them a favoite and definitely recommend.“

“We had my daughter’s baby shower catered for 30 people and it was amazing! My husband picked up the food and it was plenty of food for possible 60 people. It was so much more food than I expected and it was delicious. We had tacos and a nacho bar and chips, Queso dip and salsa. Everyone raved about the food. San Jose was excellent ❤️! Only thing I would even slightly comment about is how small the wings are and the fries were way overcooked but that's okayKid-friendliness: It's kind of like you're a small typical Italian family style bar. People had their kids there and nobody really complained about the kids running around or anything. They weren't harming anything. I felt it was the same way when I was a kid. “Stopped here in February of 2024, was seated and tended too fast and efficiently. They had a vast menu AND a special menu in place for catholic lenten foods ( very appreciated), we ended up getting fried pickles ( DELICIOUS) and then I got fish and chips. It came with a large amount of delicious sides and the filet itself was good. “When you see a restaurant that's spotless clean you know it's going to be good. Then look up! All of the vents and return air covers are the cleanest I've ever seen! Our dinner was wonderful and the staff really attentive. A notch above everything else in this price range.“
