I wasted my entire lunch in line for a drink. This has got to be the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The employees are walking around inside chatting. There were only 4 cars in front of me when I got here, so 15 minutes per car is beyond ridiculous.

The drinks here are very good but I don't go hardly at all anymore because of the extreme wait times. Right now I have been in their drive-thru line for 40 minutes (and that is the norm here) and there are still seven cars ahead of me! When I started the line they were about 10 cars.I don't know why this particular Starbucks is always extremely slow and has a line wrapped around the building. There needs to be a larger Sux or a second location for this area because this store cannot handle the flow. I will not go here anymore because I can't spend over my lunch hour in line.

25 minutes in line with only four people in front of me. This is really the slowest Starbucks I’ve been to. Not very consistent on the taste of your drink, but the wait is so long to even take a chance and hope you get your coffee right.

Over twenty minutes in the drive thru to get the wrong order. They’re busy. Ok. Get handed the same thing back with a shot of espresso in it instead of making what I was already overpaying for. Awesome. Thanks.

I've been sitting in the drive-thru line for 45 minutes... My bad for staying... Only tolerating this because I ordered ahead, my kids are in the car and I'm desperate for some caffeine. This is unacceptable.

Walked in and heard an barista ask her coworker, "Why are there so many ******* people in here?" As if we were intruding on her personal space. There was probably about six people in the store, all minding our own business. I understand the store is busy and don’t mind waiting but the three people with me all heard it and I will not accept blatant disrespect.

The staff here is great and the store is clean. However, the mobile app is down half the time and they are always out of most things. My biggest issue is when I pay to customize, I'm almost always sorry. It's bad enough to be charged a dollar more for extra sugar, but to be charged and get a bitter gross drink is ridiculous.

Waited 25 minutes in drive thru as the only car. They didn't have customers at all inside. I ordered a grande cappuccino. After the long wait, it was half empty and the girl used old coffee and skim milk instead of espresso and 2%.Lazy staff. Awful service. Terrible drinks. They are never done properly. Out of all the Starbucks in the area, Arnold is the most awful one!

I have been going to this Starbucks for years because it is the closest and most convenient to go to but over the past few years this store has really gone downhill. Mobile ordering takes forever so there's almost no point in using the app anymore, and the drive-thru line wraps around the building and takes at least 10 minutes minimum to get your order even if it's not busy. Most of the time I can understand and feel for the workers because the store does get overwhelmingly busy at times and they're just doing their best with what they can. However, today was the worst service I've ever experienced at this Starbucks. Their app was down today so I went into the store to order and got two coffees and a breakfast sandwich. The coffees were made right away but I was still waiting after 20 minutes for my sandwich when the store wasn't even remotely busy. There were three workers gathered around in a corner just talking and I had to go up to the counter multiple times to ask about my sandwich. I eventually gave up and just asked for a refund. This is not the first time I've had to ask about a food item I've ordered after I got my coffee, but it is the first time I've ever asked for a refund. I've never actually taken the time to write out a Google review before and it might not do much, but honestly I'd rather go out of my way to go to another Starbucks that's down the road than keep wasting my time at this place.
