I’ve been wanting to visit this location since it’s close to home. Finally went. Disappointed with the service.Food was good. The ribs were a bit dry.The 2 ladies working that day didn’t seem too helpful at all.I came with my 2 year old and my mom. We had to put together the high chair seat with a regular chair. You had to strap it to the back of the chair and under the chair to make it secure/safe. We were struggling a little bit. Both ladies that work there walked past us and were staring at us but didn’t offer to help. When I was ordering the man serving, the food was super sweet. Whenever I was done checking out and giving my tip the lady didn’t even say anything to me she just looked at the next person to ring up. She didn’t say anything like enjoy or you’re all set with payment. Nothing.Then my mom took her turn to get her food and pay. The same lady saw her coming down to check out and she walked away. Disappeared for a few minutes. The guy serving the food had to go find her and ask her to come back to ring my mom up.

Not our cup of tea, I suppose. Pulled pork was okay but when you order the plate you have to pay 50 cents extra for a bun. Really? Spinach was so dry you could hardly eat it (and we didn't), French fries were shriveled pieces and not appealing at all. No name brand soft drinks, just things we have never heard of. We won't be back.

Pork belly hush puppies were more batter than hush puppy. Sides were cold. Brisket and pulled pork were dry. Very disappointing. Will not be returning. If I was able to get a refund, I would.

The only reason food gets a 4 is the sides weren't fantastic, except the crispy brussel sprouts 10 out of 10. The new location is still not busy but check them out, staff is great meat is always amazing and they offered to replace the side I didn't like. Fries are amazing too btw. I'll get them next time. TRY THE PECAN PIEthe cheeseburgers are really good too. BRING BACK JALAPENO GRITSParking: The wheelchair ramp is off to the side by the exit but they took over an existing space.
